so and that is the one that I started after watching phase 1 on your program okay oh that one if you open it up that has this it has six ad sets and then I have a hundred and eighty ads so that one started on I believe it was Tuesday this one's doing great it's doing so good I cannot believe it well I really like this great control audience everything he did it exactly how it's supposed to be done and it's phenomenal okay awesome okay and this campaign here that one was one that I had running beforehand and so I actually found you because I was looking at open campaigns your program so I just kind of left that one running until we talked so I could get some advice from you on that okay got it okay so this one's on a two point two nine so if you're if the goal would be for you to get more purchases correct correct so if we were going to keep this audience we'd want to switch it to a purchase conversions or just turn this one off altogether and focus more on expanding on this campaign here specifically because okay yeah does that work yeah totally in this campaign that when we glue that into another campaign RJ I'll leave it this one specifically here yeah a little bit the add-on that has a ton of social proof I think it's about like over a thousand shares it's got 1,200 it's a good it's a good ad should I include that into something else yes you should is that ad in these audiences but yes okay so let's do that yeah what we'll do is we'll just put it in those testing audiences with the ones you have now okay wait specifically which one do we turn off it was and there we go it's 18 plus America okay and gals keep going down there we are this is the one with the and that one's just on it's got some good Instagram engagement but it's predominately it's a Facebook ad okay let's see perfect oh wow yeah okay cool good amount of engagement for sure yeah and people comment I mean all day everyday asking me to edit their photos and it just does really well okay so what we'll do is if this is okay it is Apple so if you just do command C you see it copies the ad mm-hmm command C and then all you got to do is just go here and select the campaign and then just select all the ad sets we want it to be in command B and it'll paste it into all of those audiences for you you're a ninja that's awesome perfect and then we'll just name this ad you can either do similar naming conventions or you could just do social proof on this one honestly yeah that's perfect that'll that verify your changes and then the Instagram account you'll leave that blank or do you want that one to happy yeah you can go on Instagram that's fine perfect I think it has all the interaction because you can post a photo in the comments on Facebook or as you can on Instagram right right okay great well this one's performing very very very well yeah I am like shocked great okay let's go ahead and look at this campaign specifically we'll just filter it by selection so that way we can just look at it and then the audience's underneath this one so the ad two carts here let's start with the lowest return on adspend okay and these right here at a two point eight five but that doesn't necessarily mean that they're it's a bad audience it just means that out of the testing it's done some of the spin has gone towards ads that just haven't converted and in these over here some of the spin has gone towards ads that are converting and so we essentially just want to get them lined up to where we only put spin towards the best-performing ones like for instance this one at 21 cents making you 88x let's why not keep that right let's let's optimize towards that one so what we could do is open up this audience specifically ranked it by amount spent and then these what we could do is start optimizing by turning some of these off okay what we're gonna do is real quick we're gonna check the creative reporting to see how that looks because that'll give us more insights into what ads are working and what heads aren't so that's not delivering this one is delivering yeah that one is the one with all the social proof no that one's actually a different campaign I'm not sure why it popped up um that one's a retargeting campaign that I just started yesterday hmm okay got it I see it here okay we'll go back to reporting might be a bit of a lag here no problem there we go so on the creative tool it essentially stacks all of the ads for you out of all the audiences rather than have to independently go through each one on your own that can be so time-consuming okay this really just organizes it all where you can see a as long as you're naming and everything is back here it'll stack it for you you can see used in six ads and since its sex then it stacks the data and it'll essentially show us which ones are performing and which ones are okay and so a lot of these down here for instance this six dollar one this three dollar one we know those aren't performing there they could perform but they're not performing now and we can make that call early on because we have some over here that are getting plenty of purchases in the dollar range right so that four dollars over there could have went into four purchases okay see these three all have similar pieces of content and they're at the top and we don't see those four images at the bottom right because we ranked it by the best so we'll notice that these images here are a little less aren't performing as well as say this image in this image okay so what we could do is all of the yep okay perfect Sagat we could turn them off individually there by just turning them off six at a time but there might be another way to do this since we know they all stack at the bottom we could rank it again here under all ads and see if they all migrate towards the bottom again you I love boys playing fortnight he's very weak in America right now all right like I have to work you can play for tonight all right it looks like we can't adjust it by mounts pin but what we could do is we could select all and then just deselect the ones with all purchases okay I see what you're doing right and then we'll scroll down and well we just put these into review so we'll give those a shot and then all those these don't have a lot spent on them a lot of these we know have been sitting at the bottom in terms of creative reporting because when you stack them all up they all these little cents tend to add up relatively quickly they have a lot of reach and we know that other ones are getting dollar purchases and some of these would have had results by now so we'll just all these off okay we'll just do this drop down and then turn off publish hey so how could you normally wait do you give it a set amount of days or hours four to seven days to really identify in your case it looks like we have enough purchases 33 to make a decision and that in this case I mean overwhelmingly this image is winning and then the little trick we know that headline or copy where this text is used the one-click edits those are working well we know these DIY photo edits with the hands are working really well right we know specifically this photo in this combination of text is like working outstanding because the only times we see it are at the very very top yeah that makes sense and so when we turn off these what will end up happening is we're at 4 dollars and 97 cents per purchase with a 5 point 4 7 X right now so if we just go ahead and deal filter by delivery my internet is lagging I'm sorry no worries ad delivery active and since these are the only ones active right now since we turned all these off you're out of four point nine seven currently and with them being turned off you'll now be at a two point seven five we essentially cut your cost in half and we just doubled your return on adspend from five to ten I have never seen that type of return that's amazing that's awesome well that's so cool so now we've doubled I didn't cut the cost in half and so literally without even spending a single dime or you're gonna get double the results which is really cool oh my word that's amazing seriously yeah crazy so I had it was so insane but the first month that I started running ads first or second I did 76,000 in sales off of like a $17,000 ad spend and it just blew my mind and so I was addicted to ads but then I could never replicate what I had done you know right yeah so this is like such an amazing formula to be able to get back to that 100% yeah it's really exciting yeah it is so exciting let's look at your cost or your amount spent on your budget daily ten dollars daily for each okay and what we'll do next is we'll rank will go ahead and add a column similar to what you had except we just want to see that budget column in this case so we'll just add the return on adspend in here okay and in order to scale results we want to look at your return so let's move this column closer to left so we can compare we want to look at the purchase return on adspend and the best ones so this one's at 11 so I would say these three right here what we do is since they have the highest returns we're just gonna go ahead and select those three and do a drop down to increase the spend will click budget on those three and we'll just select them and we'll just set the daily budget to 15 on all of them so goes up about fifteen dollars if that's fine oh yeah that's great and then what you'll see happen is these numbers might go down to a nine or might stay there they might go up but because they're high we want to increase the spin because if they're working and they're generating a lot of results we want to scale them okay and then these get neglected spin because I mean still great results but they're not in our top three in this case and then so I have a question about increasing the budget cuz I've always been afraid to do that is that okay to do because they're still in the learning phase or when does that work negatively or work against me to increase the budget so early on it's you can make changes because those ads we turned off would have reset the learning phase I'm guiding those ads in there from the social proof would have reset the learning phase what's gonna end up happening is after say seven days of running this campaign specifically you'll exit learning phase I'm sure and once that happens and it's out of learning phase then all we want to do is increase budget by 20% and in order to do that same thing you just do drop down budget and then you would just do the selection if they're out of learning of course increased daily budget by and then you just type in 2-0 for 20 percent you know automatically adjusts it for you so you don't have to pull out a calculator or anything okay you won't exit learning or you won't mess up your learning phase it'll just continue you'll be able to scale like that so every time you see good results every 48 hours feel free to go up 20% if you want to keep scaling okay and then there will be a point of diminished return because there always is there's always a peaking point somewhere but all it is all that matters is for you to be able to define what you're comfortable with in terms of purchase return announcement if that's a 3x and you're like hey we're gonna 3x I'm fine with going up until we hit that number yeah I did my high low so that's awesome so as long as you know you're within your numbers then feel free to scale it to 20% and no worries if sometimes it decreases that's alright because they'll balance itself out over time okay and then so this is just I'm advertising just one of my presets in this audience and these ads it's my home and decor but I have nine different presets I have some for food I have some for portraits so what I just duplicate this audience to advertise the different types of presets that I have and they get different campaigns so like where that one says home I would do one that says food purchases portrait purchases without be correct that's a good question so that would make sense the deal the only thing is you might have some audience overlap okay so it might be important to test whenever you want to add more filters what I would do is or more preset sorry let's see what the let's say that let's just go with this one is the best one you have 20 purchases on it it's getting a good return say for example right is there anything in this that specifically talks about this specific preset yeah it says home and decor and then it just talks about the high-end interiors okay got it yeah so I'm just trying to follow the same formatting whenever you launch a Neal preset that you want okay because let's say that this copy is working really well then just try to replace only the words that make sense to replace but keep the same formatting okay and then for the image if you can find something that's similar because we know it work then that'd be great too yeah the light and dark worked really well when it's a super dark photo and then it's really bright really well yeah well perfect yeah so do that and then all you have to do is simply launch them into these audiences it might reset learning but that won't be that big of a deal as long as you look at how many conversions the new presets getting and if it's working keep it if it's not turn it off okay so I should go ahead and do that today then put those other additional ads into that campaign yes okay or would it be good to make it put them in my retargeting campaign instead you want your best ad your best two ads and your retargeting okay I see when your best two ads and your retargeting because this should be getting purchases so I would add your best tool in here yep your best to ads that you can find okay and then that'll help with that sorry no worries and then what you can also do is let's see these are all good audiences one other pixal Vince do you happen to know you have let's see I think there's my gosh I don't actually remember no worries we can take a quick look are you looking for audiences analytics should help us get there and then is it this pixel yes perfect and then here's where a lot of this these metrics can pull up and you can create audiences here by adding a filter it's one way to do it so performed an event let's say do you weeds I don't think I know how to track leaves I have a form on my home page that will let people go into it it's five days for a better photo so that would technically be a lead but I don't think I haven't set up okay so there's another way to see what events you have running here so the subscribe button clink content view you have those you have those you have those okay there's some opportunities that we could do that are based on your lifetime value and specific value events you have with purchases okay so if we go back to your ads manager there's a few more look-alikes that you could actually test how nice and with those go into the same campaign those would go into the same campaign yep and is this the ad account no go down to the bottom this one so we can just do and then original campaign you can change your daily budget back to the ten on this one okay we'll create a new audience which is gonna be another custom audience okay and then we're gonna do website in this case and then we'll do purchase let me check one more thing it should automatically switch over to we're gonna see what's happening there should that was a close we almost got there but there should be a way to access your top value look like your highest value audience without having to upload but if you have a customer list where you have the values from the purchases and I haven't set up in there so is it just a look-alike for the purchasers with the lifetime value yeah thank you yet I think it's in their purchase 30 days that's from the website which is good we have that one oh there we go now we got it so this is the one we wanted to do so we had to click your pixel on the look-alike one because this is the only way you can access the value where they take the actual highest value of your customers and they take the ones we're generating the most and that will allow us to create a audience based off this okay so I must have it in there hidden somewhere right purchase yep that's it does this look like currently being tested I know if it is because I only have two campaigns going right now it would be in the retargeting gods so I don't believe it's in that one right now and then we'll just play setup here like it was and then if you want to go back and rename if needed did you feel free to do so okay and what we'll do is before we publish this we'll just open this one out to keep things organized what we can do is since all these are off there's no need to publish something that's not going to run so we'll just unselect the ones that we know are going to be running because they have the blue switch okay we'll just undo these and then we'll just delete these because you can only have 50 ads per ad set and if you're gonna add new ones we don't want to have a too many so now you have your six best per se right now and then all we got to do is just review and publish and then that's alive see how that one performs and then scale it if it works if it doesn't turn it off okay yeah so I steps would be just continue doing what you're doing and then increase budget if they're converting okay and everything looks like it's off to a great start so that's awesome yeah that's great yeah it's you know it's really cool I'm so so glad yeah so all of that is us-based and I've had some luck with other countries but I I wanted to expand quickly and scale quickly would I do this for Canada for Australia absolutely so just model this campaign okay duplicate swap them all out for Australia run em see how it performs okay yeah and then you'll be able to know what's working and what's not nice okay look cool yeah any any other questions okay so my only other question wise because I'm going through all the steps in your program to verify my business manager yes I'm a sole proprietor so I don't have all the documents yet I can get everything done but do you run into that a lot is that a big issue do I need to hurry that up or you don't have well it always helps because you'll you'll run into a less likely chance of having to worry about an ad account getting locked per se and if you're scaling you might hit a threshold at $250 per day okay which can also be a hurdle at some point and if you want to get a signed Facebook calls and be able to reach out to them and stuff it's always good to have it verified no rush on it it's just one of those safety measures that are in place that are in the event that something does happen which it does all the time for people you know like you might be generating 20,000 per month out of your ad account or 50,000 per month and then one day it shut off its like whoa there goes a big source of our revenue just disappears right so it's always nice have those things verified for the domain what you could do is you could verify ownership of this by following these steps I know sometimes oh you might have it actually is this the correct one yeah that's the correct one okay so you just connect it to the Add Account by doing add assets connected to is this your page yeah let it now they know that websites connected to that page so now they know when people go from that page to the website it is in fact yours oh good okay so you have that and then yeah business info you just try to verify that information great and then that should be good okay and then you can add your Instagram account okay perfect then you just assign the assets any time so that way every time you add something just try to connect it to the right page in an account if possible because that way whatever um I believe you got it all yeah okay so now the pixel on Facebook just knows what's interconnected that's perfect cool awesome yeah thank you so much I really am excited and I am so thankful for you and I just
