launched that out in 2016 it's still running because it's one of the best converting I don't even know why people are converting on that that's like you know that's nearly that's over three years ago but it's still the number one converting if it converts it converts so keep it I mean it's a dollar 85 per form that's like you know most people pay like ten dollars or more per lead and you're paying that per like scheduled questionnaire that's just ridiculous like a dollar eighty five it doesn't go that low so I mean like you should be happy with that I am happy I would I would like to see it lower but I guess if you're saying it's killing it I mean and though it does it a dollar 85 I mean I've never it just doesn't go that low I mean that's like you know it's that means you ever really solid at like right now now the only focuses is get the cells with the sales team and like literally if they're converting and the cells are rolling like take the spin as far up as you can because like if you're converting these people with all these you know schedule calls like goodness usually just unleash the ad spend go as fast as you can on it because you know we don't want to like hope that it stays like this forever like you're in prime time and it's the brand new year you know all these factors for lining up the stars have aligned so like look at the sales give it the sales team and the boom just unleash the ads scale this thing as far as you can spend as much money on this thing and just go go go go with the spend because this is like you can crank it up the returns right now yep today is the first day that my new sales team has been taking calls today's number one bomb so yeah so I leave her out standing right now so you know well I've already I just flipped them on Monday night just so they would start running Monday and then throughout Tuesday and obviously into into today so that adds haven't haven't even been running for more than about 48 hours you know I mean yeah these like the ads are great I mean 211 chairs you got all these people commenting like look at these big paragraphs these people were writing stories on this thing like that's good like it's working well if these things scare did you see that view what did you see that view of the ad that one you just showed me with all the comments where is that we have a different ads manager than you remember you're stuck on the one yeah thousand for something like that it's a real hold one Phillip you got its Facebook or roll it out to you but disappointing I wish I did have control over that I wish I could just update your my account in some way yeah unfortunately it's nice thing but I mean like we're looking at the results it's I mean that's it I mean like there's a few ads down there that are on look at the ones right below your cursor that are showing no results at all but like I said they've only been on for like 48 hours no they're active they're all active I know these are this wonders you want dough but no I see it what is this there's some with no results there's a couple of them with no results I'm like is it even worth running those well I mean you paid $10 for one lead here in you know you $10 on this one woody got you like eight calls so let's get rid of this thing yeah I mean that's no good the rest of these are fine I'll just keep them the rest of those are like that profile photo might just you know that it probably improves the conversions because that profile photo look good is that something that your professional opinion would look good in it's totally different than what you used to have that yeah it's professional power pose and people were literally gonna be attracted to moving forward with that so yeah I mean it probably helped the conversions in these new ads you wrote all solid I would not do not get emotional about the ads just let him run these things are moving it's just a matter of you know scaling or down scaling or whatever you got to do with the spin that's the only lover you need to pull right now and then just focus heavy on sales go all-out on those cuts meetings every day with the team you know biggest I've already had two of them today you could crank over 10k you could jump to 30k with numbers like these this will get you up this can take you far like very far you very still how can I scale looking at these numbers quickly because remember we were talking before you said I can't scale more than like twenty percent you know fifteen percent is safe per day like if I'm gonna spend 10k I can't just blog in there and just you only go 10 to 15 percent daily but in this case 10 to 15 percent daily for use like literally like waves it's gonna make waves because like you have such low cost but it's just gonna it's gonna add so much more into your pipeline like your funnel will just go up by a few more dollars added into this thing okay um if you would here real quick real quick please did you of that accounts you have yeah so right now just with a couple clients that I'm working with I'm using their ad account but moving forward for all my future clients I'm just gonna be creating an ad account so I'm still at the for my personal limit I'm still at the limit of one I was going to transition one of my clients to that new ad account and start I'm just gonna start spending money with the ad account tomorrow but then she referred me to one of her colleagues and I need to get her going so I was just thinking if it takes you know if it's gonna take more than a week of me flushing money through this account to open it up I'm not gonna risk it and I'm just gonna use my one ad account that I have for this new client and then you know hopefully I'm gonna sign them to a three-month contract and then you know I should have no problem getting more let's go do that and then like Facebook eventually we'll have to open it up for you and then if not try to use that support question messenger it try to contact them through messenger if they don't give you that option then just do what you just said yeah that's yeah I tried you know we we kind of walked through it on a call and I try to do that and I didn't really have any luck messaging Facebook and I think it's just because I don't have credibility with them yet um I'm just asking just create those ad accounts and there's share them with yourself and then Facebook eventually will see it because it's still gonna count as you spending money in your agency account and Facebook will be like alright he's spending a few thousand dollars per month boom we're gonna give you three you fill up those three with clients and then you know you spend a few more thousand night or like ten thousand per month and now you're able to speak with somebody and they just gave you five thin the questioning form pops open you know these aren't exact numbers on spin but this is how it works it eventually opens up as it's been and goes in case you judge it and say hey I maxed out on five give me thirty they give you thirty you still up to thirty and then they'll give you you know one hundred and eventually you'll get to a you know place where we're at where we're like you know able to handle twenty eight thousand nine accounts it's just ridiculous yeah yeah I just needed you know build their credibility and stuff I'm just trying to kind of at least have some sort of guesswork or framework as to how long it's gonna take when I add this client to get new ad accounts because I want to I have a couple people in the fence right now I want to sign but I'm like I don't even know no bring them on use their business manager share it to your business manager make yourself a partner on the Add Account and then it manage it out of your business manager I know but then it'll be okay it will but in terms of time I don't know the exact time limit that from going from one out account to the next amount usually they start you at three or five just to begin with I mean it's kind of hard to I mean to be in one limited by one that just means they have like a tight lock on your business manager so I mean like there's no telling what the time limit knows on that but I do know if you share those that accounts with yourself and you're managing them it'll open up that like whether it's within the month or something it will even if I share other people's accounts with me and I'm washing money through it you think it should open up yeah of course okay yeah cuz I have to dedicate they they have to give you access to being able to schedule call it them simple or contact them okay yeah I just wanted to be careful I was kind of excited because the one business that I was working with she's a franchisee and she had pretty good oh yeah she had pretty good results and she just referred me over to another regional developer for another franchise she oversees 25 franchises you know yeah yeah this could be pretty damn big cuz you know if I can keep getting them results like I have been I'm just gonna keep referring favorite yeah dude that's our favorite business its franchises because like you know it's like it's just a good business to be in big area we're doing it volume franchises love you know giving you business to other franchises you're able to handle you know all those locations right and it's really nice and it's easier to generate results when you have like a ton of locations to work with because now they have brand recognition they have all these you know they have corporate they have all the actual marketing material they have the content they have everything you need and you can actually do job ten times better yeah it's very well known you can actually make your money's worth there because it's worth it you know you can actually charge for you can get what you need to be paid and that allows you to then self on your business to goal and more franchises in accounts yeah and that's part of the reason I mean when I talked in the beginning I'm like I just want to take this slow and I don't I want to be able to just you know take your course and become a true expert at this because I'm not afraid of getting clients I'm just I just want to make sure that I can scale this puppy the right way on that note I don't know what your interior agency is that at this point but I mean are you guys open to dialogue with taking on you know people selling for your agency yeah we are we're we're taking on we signed on for clients this week just this week it's only been like three days yeah that's like we're taking them on fast because like I just went through it I spent the entire month of November and December just hiring like vetting people and going through that process and now we got people on board and like these people are like wizards they went through our course and they've just been they don't recall basically they're just listening they're not actually asking the questions but they're taking their notes on this side right but I know I'm like you know they're keeping up right so like good know that they're at this speed and you know they're taking full swing ahead on the clients and we're just signing them on we're bringing them on and we want more I mean like we need we would love more clients yeah as I have the capacity and the results are there and you know it's definitely worth it for us yeah yeah cuz for me you know the one thing that obviously is you know it takes a lot of time because you're vetting people to make sure that of course they can do the job and provide the results that's that's a process in them itself so I mean since you have the infrastructure ready there I'm I'm kind of more of like on the sales side then I guess the system side I'm trying to just build my system right now but I mean would you be open eyes side conversation ugh let's do it okay I'm just as eyes to it as I do yeah we're missing real missing calls because like we or our pipeline it's so heavy right now we have like oh my gosh we have a lot of a lot of people on a backlogged waiting to get booked into a call it's unbelievable like the pipeline is just so big so like people aren't able to like have the time they're not even able to schedule something and then when they are it's like you know it's already been a week or so so like you know we're just kind of avoiding half these people and like these are people who want to move forward they want to work with our agency but you know we're taking them on as we can yeah but I mean like you know if you wanna yeah we can talk about it okay yeah that's just I mean that's not something right in this week but I just know as I grow there's gonna be a point where like I personally I'm gonna have a crossroads at some point where I'm not gonna be able to take on any more clients like I might do right now I mean I'm running another business I'm trying to phase out of this other business right now but it's still like making me pretty damn good money where I can't just walk away from it yeah exactly ya know yeah I mean it's smart to do it that way please you can build up cash on the side and then you know really push heavy when you needed when needed yeah exactly I mean pretty much my other business is just kind of funding this right now I'm just you know yeah but um so I'm I'm gonna last note here I know we talked about gender before you you had mentioned like hey what why why not mention gender I've heard you know other people say Facebook is kind of sensitive with gender you think especially because I'm gonna be doing a campaign for this spot for Valentine's Day and they're gonna be targeting specifically men you know buying spa gift cards for their wives or you know their loved ones can I say men or guys you see any problem with that not at all okay guys hey dudes okay you've never actually never had anything you've never had Facebook you know no Phil I mean like just for example oh we were just talking to Philip Philip does it hisses hey brother yeah yeah no I know yeah brother dude he uses a lot of things yeah and then um so this is this new this new client that I'm taking on the referral that I just got mm-hmm she she's gonna be diving into assume I assume I gotta still sit down with her but she got referred to me and really wants to talk to me so pretty much assuming it's gonna go down but she's gonna be starting right away not into kind of like an evergreen like consistent campaign I'm gonna be doing you know consistent bookings for her business but also she's running like a just a seasonal Valentine's Day thing so I'm that I'm that no I don't like I guess I don't have time for you know to season the pixels so to say for her because I'm diving straight in and I want to get her results like right away I guess what would what would be your advice knowing that I just got to get results right away I know you don't really like interest targeting or anything like that but do you think I should just pretty much do a 1% look like of her Facebook engagements at this point and just kind of just hammered that out or what's the offer mm-hmm also the offers uh I believe it's gonna be just a gift card you know for did it get away no it's a just purchase it you know gift card for your Valentine downsides yeah and but the funny thing so the thing is is what's gonna be different I explained it to the spa owner is 90 percent of the gift cards that she sold for Christmas were to women you know for you know how a gift cards and so forth the Valentine's Day is gonna be geared towards men so I'm like I don't know if I can really give this a hundred percent to you know a look like audience and you know her Facebook engagements cuz that's primarily women so I'm gonna have to add a you know local male audience to the mix to I don't have time for face again because it's limited to for Facebook to kind of learn who that audience would be so I mean would you just maybe recommend just as one of the audience's testing men within a ten-mile radius of her location who I don't know some sort of interest I'm pulling something up that'll work for you that I'm gonna show you all right okay thank you I appreciate it because especially sending it virtually I'm walking straight into like an offer and I know I can get results with what we have already because she's got like thousands of Facebook followers and I don't even think she's utilizing a look like audience but the yeah again it's gonna be different with with this specific offer awesome alright this is like perfect here we go you see this this is a giveaway for Valentine's Day for men oh my gosh this got so many sales it's not even funny we grew this we grew this list by like oh it was like twenty eight hundred emails and we paid pennies to do it it was just ridiculous you see this yeah so like this is a this is a Valentine's giveaway but I mean like it doesn't have to be a giveaway for you you can just put like the get like the gift card there like we made this like this isn't even their gift card like we just made this gift card like just threw it into like Photoshop somebody on my team did it I don't know how to use that stuff but someone on my team ended up putting the logo on and they put the little hundred dollar thing there and you can like put that there like the gift card like the purchase amount or whatever and you don't have the total like get away just like you know Valentine's Day just got sweeter and then you can like literally put in like you know the call to action on buying the gift card for whoever in like what you do is you just set this thing to like twenty dollars daily like 50 bucks tailors or something like that and you run it for like three days you said it as high as you can for like a three-day period and that engagements we'll just unload but it needs to be like something exciting looking ours is a giveaway it will work ten times better if it's a giveaway but if you're getting people to purchase the gift card then you need to call to action for the carton for the love of God don't you skip away as the word if you're not actually doing that and they just put a picture of the gift card and then like have two images of whatever the you said it's a small what is it yeah yes Bhagyam images of the small one on this side and then one on this side have two different ones preferably and then had a logo have the gift card in the center and they just have like you know a red box with a hard year that's like you know Cupid's arrow through it or something you can throw this gun in the can though and then just yeah learn more and then or shop now and boom just unload on it yeah I think we also ran up let's see what was the did that scent did that send them to oh we did 60 on this thing uh it took them to a special let's see what it did yeah I mean like I said this is a long time ago yeah I wanted to see if you complicated and they up charged it you know we were using it back when the company was like a little baby but you know you got bit and they started swinging their fees it was like 250 bucks just to run one when we used to pay like five bucks to do it so this stupid also I wouldn't pay that anymore it's not worth it you should just send them to the site to buy it and they're just dude thing in canva like you just put a square a heart cubed 0 you can just have like some little image for the gift card then the two Spa logo and that's it that's literally the method to work so I'm I'm the note of your ad there it seems like whenever I put that much text or just pictures or you know you have three pictures and then you got a little bit text on there I get flagged for too much text that get flagged uh I mean maybe it's maybe it didn't get banned from Facebook but sometimes they'll have a notification like too much text something like that yeah let's see you well hold on we might be able to check if we go to edit yeah cuz one thing I noticed I would actually wanted your input on this if if you have so if you have an image like that for like a long term lead gen campaign or something that you know is gonna be running for months maybe a year or like some of your campaigns to three years if you if you're borderline too much text well eventually Facebook take it down I feel like I've run things and they didn't Facebook and let it go for two three days four days sometimes a week and then all of a sudden fruit I don't know why a week later they shut it down yeah that's fairly common these days you know back in the Wild West when they didn't have all this control you could get away with a lot of things but I I'm trying to see here but it's not you know they look like it's wanting to tell us if we if the text will get flagged anymore okay no no I mean BEC will check right now let's see what it says yeah it's medium still like it it wasn't like that back when we probably tested it but yeah so if it's a short-term campaign not a big deal I'm just thinking like long-term if you like long-term absolutely not yeah no way yeah wouldn't want this to run long-term because like if you did a long-term lead-gen campaign or something like that using an image like that if you will get yeah it's probably gonna get shut down but then on top of it it's I think it's gonna hurt the relevance score which is probably and I'm without you knowing increase your price is that probably correct yeah that's that's fair assumption yeah that program yeah but for like a three day you can get away with it yeah definitely for sure yeah definitely for short-term yeah I mean we did that with the gift card reader with the bunch of different types of campaigns for giveaways specifically though yeah so after I did your I watched your video everything's like we deal on the building the Europe URL parameters which is pretty cool the one thing I was kind of explaining to the business owner and I could have been incorrect here but correct me if I'm wrong if they go through your funnel or you know or your Facebook ad they go to the website and then all of a sudden they click on a different tab while they're on the website and then they go back to the order form you're technically on your URL parameter you're not gonna get credit for that correct yeah so I think you were explained to me I can connect it I could connect something was a peer and I can maybe have a flow is there is there any way around that cuz like I told I'm like look this is gonna happen and you know this is part of the marketing process like people are not going to go directly to the order form but I was like look you know as long as you're increasing your revenue which we clearly are you know we're up on our sales by 21 you know this is definitely driving traffic exactly yeah you're right no that's I mean that's how you'd say I mean that's a good I mean it's I'm pretty like I feel like I'm pretty confident and like selling people but that might work short-term but you know how people are they're going to track everything so I convert clothes the ultimate solution what's that convert flow is a solution but yeah I mean that's I mean that's that's a great so for example that's a great way to and by the way is there anybody else on this call that needs questions I feel bad sometimes when I go on and now you know anymore there's no more questions okay good was this call supposed to end at 8:00 I want to be sensitive to your time to know I mean it's all about that you know just think you were showing me in Facebook and analytics how to kind of see the customer journey as well is there a way to just kind of see like overall what percentage of the people that clicked on Facebook Ads all the ads this ad you know yeah that's in your Facebook analytics like you're just saying okay but if you need to know specifics because you have you know there's some clients like that they're like aw give us the name then you give them the name and they're like oh what's that and you know Suzy what's her last name and you give them the last name they're like wait a second home and what's your email tell her they you know and then they're like how old is she like you know you can be asking these questions like you gotta look at this yourself yeah there's audience like that they're like what what time what time did they submit yeah Nick Euler and maybe maybe I'm being too meticulous but I'm just I am I too many clients until I kind of really know how to do this stuff because I just want to defend it like I'd rather retain a client than have to go sign new one so once I sign them up I want to make sure that can show me stuff yeah exactly the last thing you want to do is like getting a meeting and then ask you a question or say something and you'd be like dumbfounded by like Oh what would I even do there yeah yeah the more you know like that if you didn't always have an answer to a question like don't they'll eventually just fall in the back of their seat and just be like all right I got it like you we understand you're the one do it just go we trust you we're not even gonna ask any more questions and that's when like communication just like disappears they're just like hey how's the results good okay cool right yeah and I mean at the end of the day to like you know they're trying to run their business so they don't have exactly all day to just sit there and try to pick anything or everything yeah some PS just some people especially some of the people that I'm working with right now they just she's a numbers person she's been really happy because her numbers have gone up and it's been as simple as that but it'd be nice to know that do you have a lesson by the way on anything about kind of how to figure out Facebook in the analytics section I don't know much about it what do you mean the Facebook analytics section yeah how to build you were kind of showing me one day how to build the funnel of the customer journey do you have any videos or do you recommend any videos to kind of learn a little bit more about that or is that just something that I don't know how you learned how to utilize it if it's just kind of with playing around with it an experience or you watch a course out under a video no this I mean like we've been doing this for it's almost five years now so I mean you know you learn a lot yeah you shouldn't have a bunch of people on your team all doing it like you pick up on like stuff they're running into yeah so I mean like just do the search like one all analytic or something fun all analytics this stuff's usually alt tags pretty well Bona Linux and like I don't know what kind of computer you have but if you just do funnel metric debt here you go you know how to create your funnel metric task how to organize yeah so it's one of these calls here boom there it is right there hmm okay I'm just gonna do some quick searches and you can find I goes for a while yeah it's about 20 minutes worth of content on this and the beginning here - it looks like you know like right here in the beginning press search video yeah Lukas there you are that's you yeah I was reading through that the other day and I realized they say I'm a lot you wouldn't meet yeah that's what I was thinking to myself I was like why do I say this stuff all the time yeah looking for I was looking for a future to just feel like crying master move yeah hey something I was gonna add to my website I was just gonna kind of do like a little bit of a video intro to me you know you know and why use Facebook ads and at the end I was gonna have a link to you know have a book a call with people they want to check out my website I realized I think I think I saw on one of your landing pages you use Wistia that was called yes that's great one well about that I mean like yeah so like that's good but that's like if you're gonna use it like that that's that's a great tool to start with you get like one two three videos I think and then you have to start paying for it yeah yeah we'll see is great you can track a lot of stuff with that I'm trying to pull it up here if you want to see that yeah we love Wistia there's this yeah there's just so many different options out there for so many different things it's it's tough to know which one to pick for video yeah I mean there's a Vimeo YouTube don't you could have a private YouTube video whiskey has one whiskey is good for tracking purposes because like Gill tell us like all kinds of stuff like here we go like we can see what the percentage people watch this thing from like you know and then do you have a do you have one of your Facebook pixel events then in the band but I think yeah you can but like we don't pay for it we don't need it we have a way we set up a custom pixel based off how long they spend so we can set up a pixel to basically fire like 15 minutes into them watching the video and then like 20 minutes into then watching the video with steel will charge you like 400 bucks per month just to have that feature whenever you can create it yourself you know with the pixel but like who knows how to do that but I mean like you know if you do it's like it doesn't cost you a dime you can just set it up yourself you know so like this person spent like they watched this video five times 100% they watched it five times in full you're the one they didn't get it to they're just like stealing it or threa like they loved it so much that you know now they're preaching it like we can pop it open and we can see what their email is where the source they came from what link we know right like we know who it is we can see it because we're tracking those things like every single one of these people boom email so we know we can come back in here and say who's watched what video how long every single person who's purchased how long did they watch weave right out I had a meeting the other day with this person who wanted to work with our agency they bought us lunch and I go to the meeting and he goes you know I was watching your webinar and you know the reason I decided to have lunch with you is because these questions you asked he's like these questions every single question you asked me in that webinar I wasn't able to answer and I was like what and he goes I printed him out he was like you you can't download the video he's like it's not on YouTube it's not on Vimeo he's like I couldn't find your video I couldn't download it so I had to record my entire screen and then I had to go write these questions down and print them out just to bring them here and on in my head I was like why in the world I was like you know who goes through the time you see these questions at the end right here yeah he'd printed ezel onto a sheet of paper brought them to lunch and answered them for me he's like we don't we don't have the answers on any of these but I got them now and they're all no chase every single one of them are no and so I figured like since they're just all a bunch of noes to me we should probably just use your agency right I was like yeah that's probably good idea and he became a client that same day so I mean like that's one of those things it was just weird like what if we had used YouTube and he was able to you know download the questions what he brought them or because it was like a big ol hassle about it and he actually had to work for it that is the reason why he printed them out and brought them in it was just like a weird scenario you think about like okay you know is it because we're using Wistia that these things are happening now so you know it's just something to think about yes yeah they let you do you know I think three videos for free a month I don't know what the feature is but then you can copy and paste the link I'm sure I could probably embed that into my website I noticed at the top it says chaste chapel about Wistia calm is it huh it's not a big it's like I'm on the background yeah so like if I go to the actual video here's it on our website it says with yeah we don't pay for it but we have like 40 something videos uploaded into that thing but that's because we have a relationship with them so we get away with stuff like that that's all about relationships you know you're gonna you know whenever you have these connections you can do so much stuff it's just unreal when you have reps and stuff next thing is easy so yeah it you know it's embedded it's embedded here on our site okay and we have the view con oh are you saying it's a hidden event we might have hit this event so there's ways to keep events from showing to people that's another cool thing what do you mean like you know a lot of people have the Facebook pixel so like for instance we hit it because like for instance like with our the audience ever like it's about Facebook Ads so people probably have some understanding about it or they don't or usually some a lot of people who come through this are pretty knowledgeable about Facebook that's to begin with R and you know we're reaching agency owners you know some of them just might like to rip us off so we'll come through here look at like our frontal conversions and won't think oh they don't have anything set up on this oh really there's ways to hide the conversions without people clicking on this and actually seeing what it is so like we have one that's called a view content and every like 5 minutes 15 minutes 45 minutes it fires like an event telling us that they've been on the page that long did you that's tough okay so like you know there's like the point of teaching that would just be like you know it it would only be necessary if you have intentions to spend one a ton of money on ads to if like you have a hell a lot of people watching your video three if you don't want people to see that metric and four if you care about you know milliseconds and load speeds because like when you do it in coding it loads way faster than when you set it up through the events tool because yeah if it's through the events tool it has to load this other code which lags your entire site we try to keep everything within three seconds so it's just laser fast but yeah if you want to see that there's an article like we had to follow the developers thing for it yeah no I know I I don't think I'll have any use for that for some time maybe in a couple years or year - yeah it's a cool thing to know so I mean like at least you know it's there yeah so um I think this was my last question I had was um so let's just say I have whatever can add accounts if I did and I think you've told me in the past who you got to do something pretty bad to get like your ad account shut down if I get if I 10 ad accounts and I do something on one that gets one an account shut down isn't gonna close down my whole business manager like what's the difference between getting an account shut down and getting your business manager shut down business manager shut down you're locked out you gotta go create a new business manager ad account shut down just means like you just got to create a new ad account shut down you had to violate something even outside of your ad account you had to have done multiple violations within multiple out accounts and in multiple different ways and it hadn't been going on for some time they were just like this is not somebody we even won on our platform and they usually if they shut down your business manager it normally shuts down your Facebook for a while okay if it shuts down your ad account you just create a new ad account yeah I'm gonna if they shut down an ad account I mean you just want to create a new ad account and then all the campaigns that you created you just pretty much are you pretty much you're just pretty much surrendering that you're not going to get them back or is there a way to get them back or are you just pretty much no you have to file an appeal you have to be pretty convincing in your appeal you know it's like going to court you know you're like you're you're basically your own attorney and you have to justify while you believe you should have the right to not be prevented wearing a Facebook ad that's why it's called like Facebook ad jail if you her ever heard that term people like comment on you in jail have you ever gotten into an account shut down non shut down we have ad accounts that have been locked but that's because they're outdated we've had accounts that I've been open for four or five years and like we never spent a dollar on them we just had them forever and never use them in Facebook's like these are gonna be locked yeah because they're inactive they're called inactive ad accounts they're not flagged they're just inactive we're never spending any dollar on them forever yeah this Facebook you know they keep metrics on there and they have you know yeah at their company I'm sure they have a way where they're like all right we have this many ad accounts open here's how much we're spending and they're probably doing some calculation oh the average spend per opened that account so like it would it would mess up their analytics if they had inactive once though they probably just cut him off because of that okay yeah maybe I shouldn't worry about it I mean I've just heard people talking about it and you know I'm still building my clients Alan I just always trying to plan ahead like if I got locked out of one ad account or if I got locked out of my business manager like I $50,000 a month and clients like what the hell would I do no no I've been there I remember a day like that I remember we had access to five at accounts we'd maxed amount and we just got into contracts signed and I remember like looking at the printed contracts and I'm like wait a second where am I going to create these add accounts and I you know I didn't there was no messenger support like one three years ago so I was like what am I gonna do you know I was like there's nothing to do here so I you know kind of get a little nervous and I was looking through things and I couldn't figure out how to get more ad accounts and literally I just like went through all his support documents on Facebook I looked for everything I could and I finally found a way to contact Facebook support and I emailed them and they were like this isn't Facebook business awards this is just Facebook support I was like well can you put me in contact with Facebook business support and they're like no here's the link and they gave me some link and I clicked on it and then I was able to reach out to them via that email I reached down they were like hey it is the wrong one you're supposed to reach hug this business support right another one had happened like that no my gosh and I'd opened enough inquiries that finally they merged them all and they got somebody in contact with us via email because I was just like lighten him up I was sending them to every single email I saw because I was in a panic I was like that's your clients have to get on accounts I loaded him up on emails and they finally merged the all the things together and they ended up getting somebody on the line and they put us 230 out accounts that was it it eliminated went from five to thirty and then once we we never really maxed out 30 it just kind of opened up more and more after that and then it was just from there like that's literally what happened I just ended up sending a ton of emails so I mean like right here you could do like no then you could like type in other and just hit them you know I don't have any at account so I'm looking at these support articles on how to get out accounts and leave the feedback believe it or not these things don't go on look unchecked you know this is a billion dollar company they have people checking these things it's their job you know just slide them up on support anywhere dude anywhere you go in their articles it's gonna have a good feedback button it's gonna have a question mark just hit those things they're not you know they're not things that aren't actually going to not get a response somebody will find out and respond to you about it you can go to support here like literally like get down in here and ask you can ask there's all kinds of things you can do to get support it's just a matter of going at him you know just light them up and they'll eventually get somebody in contact with you and give you access because at that point you're actually convincing they're like why does he have four enquiries about this right okay yeah very cool and I finally found that pixel thing that where I was just talking about it's called pixel for movies that's what it is so if you ever want to set that up in the future that's where you go great cool awesome so yeah I think that should be everything for today I really
