1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using DeepCamp ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
DeepCamp is a product of TechAssembly Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
2. The Platform
DeepCamp provides curated AI learning resources including videos, news summaries, micro-lessons, personalised roadmaps, and community features. Content is sourced from publicly available YouTube videos, RSS feeds, and academic publications.
We do not create the underlying video or article content — we curate, summarise, and organise it to help you learn more effectively. All original content rights remain with their respective creators.
3. User Accounts & Identity
DeepCamp accounts are TechAssembly accounts. Sign-in, authentication, and account management (including deletion) are handled by the TechAssembly identity platform at auth.techassembly.io. By creating an account you also agree to TechAssembly's Terms of Service.
- You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
- You must provide accurate information when registering.
- One account per person. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent limits is prohibited.
- To delete your account, visit auth.techassembly.io/account/delete.
- We reserve the right to suspend DeepCamp access for accounts that violate these terms.
4. Sparks (Credits) & Subscriptions
Free Sparks: New accounts receive 10 free Sparks upon signup. Sparks are used for AI-powered features such as roadmap generation (2 Sparks per roadmap). Sparks do not expire but are non-transferable and have no cash value.
Pro Subscription: Pro plans are billed monthly. Prices are $9/month (global) or ₦5,000/month (Nigeria). Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account settings; access continues until the end of the billing period.
No Refunds: Except where required by applicable law (including UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 for digital content), payments are non-refundable. If you experience a billing error, contact us within 14 days at hello@techassembly.io.
Referral Credits: Referring new users earns both parties 20 bonus Sparks once the referred user verifies their email. We reserve the right to revoke referral rewards if abuse is detected.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose.
- Attempt to scrape, reverse-engineer, or overload our infrastructure.
- Share, resell, or redistribute AI-generated roadmaps or curated content commercially.
- Upload harmful, offensive, or infringing content to any community features.
- Circumvent any access controls or abuse the Sparks/credit system.
- Impersonate another person or entity.
6. Intellectual Property
The DeepCamp brand, logo, UI, proprietary AI-generated roadmap structure, and original written content are © TechAssembly Ltd. All rights reserved.
Third-party video content, article text, and research papers remain the property of their respective owners. DeepCamp does not claim ownership over curated third-party content and complies with DMCA / copyright takedown requests.

7. AI-Generated Content
Roadmaps, micro-lessons, and summaries are generated by AI models (including AWS Bedrock Claude and Cloudflare Workers AI). They are provided for informational purposes only. DeepCamp does not guarantee their accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose. Always verify important information from authoritative sources.
8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TechAssembly Ltd shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
- Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities.
- Errors or inaccuracies in AI-generated content.
- Service interruptions, downtime, or data loss.
Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or £100, whichever is greater.
9. Children's Safety (DeepCamp Kids)
The Kids section is intended for children under 13 under parental supervision. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal data without consent, contact us immediately at hello@techassembly.io and we will delete it promptly.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
