It Pays To Eat Out

I used to think that I spend way too much money eating outside but turns out it pays to eat outside with other people up until I was running my own business I always used to look at eating outside and restaurants kind of as a waste of money but now I actually see it as as really an investment as a kind of a great way to grow my network or deep in my network in just the other day I got an email from a girl called Anya we just took our marketing class and said I really trying to grow my network but I kind of feel uncomfortable in places with lots of people and I told her for me the great way to build a network is not by going to an event with lots of people AIDS by going to lunch or breakfast with people so I just came back from breakfast right now with a past client who's visiting Israel and we just went there to to eat breakfast together and catch up on stuff and like randomly a friend of of the person just showed up and we started talking and I told him what we do at the new school and she said I really have to connect you to some people and invited me to an event innovation event happening in Tel Aviv right now so that was like kind of something random that wouldn't happen if I wouldn't kind of make the investment to go out and eat breakfast with somebody and at least for me the great way to build friendship and relationship is always over food it's always I don't know less awkward than just meeting and start talking at an event because you're just there eating lunch or whatever which you should be doing anyway so that's a really great way for me and it always pays up maybe it will take time until it pays back but it pays back make time so the random breakfast meeting turned into an invitation for lunch at the deal the event which is kind of a innovation festival that's going on this week in Tel Aviv so I'm heading there right now so that was super interesting and I met a lot of new people which might be great connections for the new school or for freelance projects I don't know but I have a great feeling that something great is gonna come out anyway heading to Leo's office for a new school meeting last week had a lunch with a friend named talk she asked me for feedback on her work she works an interesting company and following that lunch she kind of asked me if I'd be willing to do a consultation for the company to kind of give her feedback on a weekly basis and get paid to do that so right now I'm heading home to have kind of a talk to meet the CEO of the company and see if we can build a consultation contract or something like that but again good thing I went to that lunch meeting good job but I'm super exhausted from this day and I still have a web flow kind of interview to do tonight some kind of workshop I'll share the link when it's going to be online um so I'll try to spend some time with dummy and Noah and I will catch you guys tomorrow bye you
