hey miles Beckler here in this video we're going to look at one of the hottest funnels that's out there that most of the big time marketers are using to create tons of customers cash flow up front and really really build their customer list in a way that allows them to drive more sales on the back end of their funnel uh this is probably one of the most powerful front end of funnels that I've seen this is what I'm working on building and creating in my business and I'm going to go ahead and show you the funnel and then we're also going to look at the a few examples of the different types of ways people are using this funnel because you could you could do a lot of different things with it with a little creative funnel so let me get myself out of the way here and pull up the the beautiful drawing of the funnel you're welcome and this is a free plus shipping funnel so a free plus shipping funnel in its Essence is a free item all you have to do is pay shipping and that's the entrance point of the funnel you'll notice that there is an upsell involved right so the offer you get to offer from your advertising is free plus shipping so you get a free book it could be a free CD it could be a free physical item we'll look at some of those all they pay is shipping now one of the kind of like secrets of this but it's probably not a secret is the vendor is usually break even on the free plus shipping so it'll be maybe $6.95 shipping and handling where they're actually able to print the book and deliver the book for $6.95 and they're exactly break even on that so their only loss is the cost of the pay-per-click to get you into the funnel so after the free plus shipping you go to the checkout when you click on buy they take you to an upsell page and this is where they're really starting to increase their cart value their average order value and this is how they make the free plus shipping work on the first step now you need to know that once you check out here you get on their email list and from the email list they're going to make other offers to you in the future uh some of these ones we're going to look at I know for a fact they sell multi th000 products and some of them even have products that go up into the tens of thousands of dollars um and it all starts the funnel all begins with a free plus shipping so you go for the free plus shipping you check out at this point you're on their customer mailing list you get offered an additional product that's generally going to be much higher value somewhere 97 to 197 and if you say yes you get delivered if you say no they say thank you and you get your free item in the mail so it's super simple one of the reasons this works so well is you get to use the marketing's favorite word free so the advertising you run on Facebook or Pinterest or YouTube or Google wherever you're running your ads you can say get a free blank go here and then you might want to note just for clarity that they just pay shipping uh but that that promise of a free book or a free item is strong enough that it gets people to take action it's a lot more valuable there's a lot more perceived value in the free physical item than the free ebook the free video that we've talked about in the previous funnels so let's go ahead and take a look at a few examples so this first one is a free t-shirt offer right so this guy's actually giving away a free t-shirt you choose your size down here you click order and he's going to be saying it somewhere shipping applies so there you go that's that's that's literally how he's mentioned it he doesn't even tell you what shipping is so you would need to go into the funnel before you figure out what that shipping cost is obviously this is marketed directly towards uh people who like to carry guns in their pockets or purses or on their hips as they wander around you know so it's it's an American audience um I know for a fact that the upsell after this is this american gun Association I believe it's a 9.95 per month offer uh but it's a subscription offer so he goes around on Facebook and he markets this free shirt people who have guns love shirts that show that they have guns so they're like it's a very compelling offer to that audience and then they upsell them with this 9.95 per month American Gun Association and that upsell happens instantly after the checkout and that's I guarantee that's not all they're offering over the course of time they're going to sell other products to these same people other things that they're going to like possibly with the same ipack brand on them or other things uh targets ammo who knows what it is uh Live Events Etc the next one we're going to look at is a survival business card now this is actually a ClickBank offer so if you're a ClickBank affiliate you could promote this and actually earn commissions anytime someone purchased the follow-up products but you'll see they're giving away this metal it's like slides into your your your wallet and it's got all kinds of things right it's a a water Compass a wrench a flathead screwdriver a knife age can opener saw blade so this is is really marketed towards the prepper Niche or the survivalist Niche um it's a physical product and you just play shipping so they say right here shipping and handling not included I don't know if they tell you how much the shipping and handling is they don't um this is a digital marketer product so it's one of Ryan dice's offers so this thing I mean this thing converts like Gang Busters um and you'll notice you've got a little uh Robert shalini's influence going on here you don't actually know how much much you're going to have to pay until you enter your shipping details so they get you into the cart before they tell you the shipping now that makes sense right so if I'm in the US my shipping is going to be one thing but if I'm in Australia shipping might be something totally different or they might rule me out in Australia and not allow me to order this so I find it really interesting that they get a micro commitment from the user to click the button before actually letting them know how much they're going to pay although they say you're going to pay something um and they don't say order now enter your shipping details so it's a very light Commitment if you will and after this there's going to be an upsell another product from them that you can also promote on ClickBank is a credit card knife so it is kind of based on the same idea they manufacture these in China by the thousands they get an incredibly low cost per on these and then they're able to offer them as a front end so this again works for people who are really into the everyday carry type concept the survivalists the Preppers out there um so campers Hunters Etc would love this kind of an offer and this is something that you can promote the last one is kind of more traditional I would say and this is a free book offer and this is Russell brunson's free plus shipping offer it's his Doom Secrets book if you haven't read this book it's an absolutely fantastic book I've gone through it multiple times now and every time I go through it I get a lot it talks about funnel and value ladders and it it really is a powerful book I'm going to link you to this below I am an affiliate of this so if you purchase any of the products that he offers afterwards because like I said there's upsells you know no surprises but um if you do purchase any of those I would receive some sort of commission I don't even know what those would be but ultimately I think it's worth your time to get this Doom Secrets book and read through it because it's a really good book um on how to build funnels and how to build an online business but you'll notice he wrote fullon I mean this is a full-on sales letter right he's got the video testimonials from people who are well known in the industry he's got his Amazon testimonials in here and really kind of shows you you can see over on the right um he talks about the the value ladder and it's it's really good content I really think that if you're serious about internet marketing it's one of the books that you definitely need to read um so I'm just trying to show you as I scroll like how how aggressive of a sale this is and it's not aggressive in the sense of like buy byy it's more when I say aggressive they put a lot of time and energy into this sales page so they're giving something for free and they put a lot of time and money into it and that's because they have a back end of their funnel built in a way that they know for every book they give away on average they're going to make X on the back end of the funnel now you have the full right to go into this funnel to get the free book just pay shipping and say no thank you to all of the other upsells that they offer that's that they account for that in their metrics right but enough people take them up on their upsells to make it worth it to them to continue to advertize or to continue to pay Affiliates to drive traffic to this offer so once again this is really it this is what I would consider kind of the the hip the the newest the the the Leading Edge of a marketing fun right now and part of what makes this so special is you're getting a physical item in their hands it really kind of does something psychologically it it makes people believe like wow this is a real business they've got their stuff together they get to feel the quality of what you do so when you offer them future products they're like wow you know he actually sent me that free book the content was great it was really professionally done I will go to their event that they're holding that's $500 a ticket or whatever it is because you have the trust in the brand at that point um these convert a lot higher than digital product only funnels right so the free report to the uh like the onetime offer after that's going to have a lower conversion rate than these these can convert upwards of 8 10 12 15 20% of traffic and we're not converting just optins we're converting them to customers and that's that's really powerful because your customer list has a higher likelihood of buying from you in the future than your prospect list so the customer list is the most valuable list the prospect list is number two both lists are great and again this is kind of one of the advanced funnels so this is what I'm working on uh currently I'm I'm working on a CD based offer I'm working on a book based offer for our Niche I'm really excited about it there's a little bit more Logistics that you have to put together because there's fulfillment um I don't I'm not I don't really have a home base I I'm kind of nomadic so it's not like I can just have a bunch of these in my garage and and run down to the mailhouse and mail them when I'm in Thailand or New Zealand or wherever I'm going to be next year um so I'm looking at the logistic side but you could just as easily do something like this from your home if you do have a home base and you could run an offer like this yourself uh very very simple so if you're an advanced marketer if you're
