“AI is a process, not an event.”

That was one of my favorite lines from my conversation with Mike Thomson, CEO and President of Unisys. A lot of companies want AI to be something they can buy, roll out, and immediately see productivity gains from. But AI is only as useful as the data underneath it. And in many large organizations, that data is still messy, scattered, unstructured, or stuck in systems that don’t talk to each other.
