[Music] hello I'm Mar nans with search engine Journal here at share 2013 with gered from revolve clothing J what do you do director of search engine optimization for revolveclothing.com now tell me about your search strategy you know our search strategy encapsulates you know using bright Edge as a tool um to uh Advance our image and video knowledge base around our competition as well as the shortcomings that we currently have on our site now how are you being able to do this give me an example of where this is coming into practice you know we've kind of isolated our um our competitor search to Asos and we look at them as kind of an industry leader and an innovator in the space uh from a digital uh imagery uh standpoint so we're actually trying to replicate in some cases a lot of the things that they're doing um a lot of things that we can uh pay specific attention to is you know how we're naming conventions with our images and videos and so forth uh down to how we're kind of syndicating those out into the marketplace as well what kind of uplift do you are you uh expecting to see by changing your search strategy in this way yeah and our search strategy and one of the themes here obviously that you've heard as well is mobile mobile mobile so we really um you know uh from a mobile and our product which is you know highend fashion uh we really are striving to deliver that emotional connection to users and images and videos is the best way to to do so um so what we've kind of estimated from a lift potential is anywhere from a 10 to 15% um SEO Revenue driver for us fantastic um who are you looking to work with to try and make this happen well obviously bright Edge um the bright Edge tool is uh is is one of our primary tools that we use not just from a tracking standpoint but also from a competitive intelligence standpoint and because they do have a blended rake um uh positional um you know opportunity for us to kind of take that deep dive and look into um you know we really do kind of uh rely on bright Edge as one of our primary tools for that Blended rank to kind of look at the market place and then make some actionable decisions from there if you want to find out more information and contact you how do they do that uh they can contact me at revolve clo my email is Jared j a r d revolveclothing.com Jared thank you very much have a great show I'm Mars with search engine Journal I'll see you next time
