this program is designed in such a way that throughout six modules you get to hear a series of videos both from us as well as from Global guest speakers in order to understand how fintech works and how it's changing the world it also has quizzes it has opportunities for interaction as well as live sessions in order for you to get to know us as well as each other the interactive element is a particularly important feature of this program in the the past we have had some businesses fintech businesses that were started by students who have met through this program and we are very proud of that we think that you learn a lot by interacting with other people who may be from different geographies with different backgrounds but interested in the same topics as you the interaction of technology and finance is delicate and complicated and has particular implications for Regulators it's this blending of these different ecosystem members that gives us a unique opportunity to understand how fintech can affect the financial sector and why it is here to stay in this program you will hear from industry experts from the different views the different parts of fintech you will hear from regulators and policy makers in governments you will hear from obviously the entrepreneurs themselves you will hear from investors you will hear from us the academics but you will also hear from the retail Banks and the investment Banks who are thinking about that and responding to fintech what this program can bring to you is not just information and deep insights from the financial industry but also an ability to understand and appreciate how technology affects finance and how it will do so in the decades to come near and I feel that this program is very special in the way that it directly links to the research that we do at Oxford and it brings you into the Oxford Community as well as the entrepreneurship ecosystem which has been the Bedrock for many fintechs in the past this program is particularly suitable for you if you're thinking of St your own fintech business or if you are involved in a fintech business that is in early stages we may be biased but we think it's a great program and we really really hope that you can join [Music] [Music] us
