this is not going to be a regular vlog about design or product or something like that but I think it's so important please bear with [Music] just came back were so the other day I took the weekend off with my wife and so I lost a day at work and this week already have two holiday days on it so it's like super super short week and I have to be super productive and get as much as I can done very excited about today head out to meet my help for our lunch and discuss prospero and have really fun lunch eating kind of a vegetarian salad thing when I came back to the office to get some work done I felt like so tired that I couldn't actually do anything I was trying to think just solved to prioritize and I was like feeling I just want to cheer watches Mewtwo and not actually do anything and that feeling I think about this I can actually feel it more and more recently and I think that's because I eat too much at lunch and even though eating outside with friends and or as kind of a business meetings it's kind of my favorite thing and are kind of beginning of the week prospero meeting together with a yeah we always eat in awesome places and I love this I enjoy eating outside but recently we noticed that after I eat a lot at lunch my whole productivity is like ruin that I just want to go back to sleep and so I really have to deal with it and it's painful because again I enjoyed us so much as part of why I love being a freelancer and meeting out outside and hanging out and you know leaving the office for a little bit but if I don't do me that or change this I realize how much productivity he's kind of lost and the fact is I just had a client call a few minutes ago and just because I'm tired and I'm not energetic and I don't be like giving great service this actually hurts my business and I feel like I noticed that when I'm in this mood of being tired is that a too much and I'm like I give up and I cut corners and I do things not in a great way and it's actually hurting my work and so I have to cut it somehow I don't know how I don't know it's really hard for me to eat outside and tell myself okay but I'm gonna eat a salad and I'm gonna eat half of it so I'm not that cool I'm not so sure as to how I'm going to do this but I'm gonna have to make a change in my life otherwise I'd be like like it's gonna hurt my growth productivity and actually getting work done so this is my decision for today I would tell you what I do but honestly I just wasted this whole day by messing around because I couldn't get any work done that's a shame I hope I'll be more productive tomorrow you guys you know it's like I think it's not important but I feel like if I don't fix this you have to talk about this you have to understand that you can't be great into your work you don't take actually care of yourself something like we share saying this but it is what it is hope you guys are great days not games tomorrow [Music]
