the last 10 years I have created content in a very similar Manner and basically I find something interesting in terms of design and code I teach it and then move on to something entirely different in the next video now that I'm feeling is getting stale I'm I'm a little bit bored with it so this is not a video where I'm telling you hey I'm quitting like a lot of YouTubers have been doing who've been doing this for 10 plus years like myself instead we're going to slightly pivot and that is going to start tomorrow and that is because we are going to enter the world of Indie hacking so what is indie hacking basically it means creating or launching an internet business as a solopreneur you know yourself or with a very small team now this is something that I've done in the past but it's something I've also never really tried covering now you might be wondering are you still going to cover design and code tutorials of course because that's a part of Indie hacking but it's not the only part of Indie hacking there's so much more that goes into the process of creating launching conceptualizing in Andy hacking internet-based business for instance you have to worry about competition Research into competition finding a market fit for your idea you have to worry about determining your target audience then you have to worry about Identity Design branding you have to worry about uiux design front end development backend development launching you also have to worry about marketing which is perhaps one of the most important things to concern yourself with oh my God I made it so starting tomorrow is going to be the very first video in a series that I will put in a playlist here on YouTube in other platforms if they support it and it's going to be based on a business that I've want to create it's an idea that I came up with and it's going to cover all those things it's going to cover Identity Design it's going to cover marketing competitor research it's going to cover of course uiux design frontend development also backend considerations launching uh we also have marketing all these things hopefully will result in the success of the product if it doesn't that's not a big deal either way because we're going to figure out why it failed and so through doing this I hope that you'll continually keep coming back for each video in the series to see what it is that I do and then ultimately the exciting finale which is launch day for these products so hopefully you subscribe if you haven't yet and hopefully you keep sticking around and definitely mark on your calendars tomorrow 9:15 a.m. eastern time is the first video all right everybody I'll see you soon [Music] goodbye
