all right so i'm trying to stream right now to facebook and youtube using ecamm and restream dot io great possibility something's going to break but it looks like it might be working on the facebook i'm not sure yes sweet amazing okay it looks like it's working so i wanted to give you an update man all right so check this out okay get off of there i don't know why it's doing that my monitor showed me something weird check this out i'm gonna switch over to the monitor for a minute so on dude look it's facebook video inception so on um where were we saturday okay saturday the 19th i was continuing in my almost daily updates all right of like hey what's going on promoting the new offer just using organic social media stuff and just kind of screwing around and the day before that i had uh i think was the day before that i'd shared some research with you that my man stefan giorgia sent over which was basically confirming what we have suspected all along which is that um live shopping is a big deal online you know and so we can watch that other video later if you want to it's on facebook but anyway i was like huh i wonder you know because of the the findings in this article i wonder what would happen if we just did a blatant pitch right so like we didn't even i didn't even give any content or whatever i just tried to do like a home shopping network style walk through of what you can get at frank's new offer dot com and so i kind of did that sort of i didn't do as blatant of a pitch as i wanted because like the first five minutes of the dang thing was content or whatever but still tried at least to pitch uh pretty hard so i wanted to show you um the updates on that all right let's go so uh let's see we'll go over here to what are we looking for the monitor like magic okay this is crazy all right so now you should see on the old screen yep all right so you see click funnels right so this is december 19th this is that day that i went um that i went live and when i went live it was in the evening and i think we were at some people at the wrong place um i think we were at like 65 sales for the day when i went live so if we come back over here to the monitor we can see that the blatant pitch thing actually ended up working uh pretty good which isn't really a surprise yeah i was like yeah okay we picked up like whatever 40 orders within the late evening hours of that day but check this out and i've been saying this forever so i just like it you know when stuff that i think works and has been working continues to work and i can demonstrate that it continues to work forever i've been like man okay when when you make content and you include offers in the content and it's helpful and you know you like have fun doing it and you're nice to people generally you you sell stuff as a result who'da done guessed that right but the other point was you know when you make it even like if not a lot of people are seeing it at the current time you're doing a stream or whatever that's okay because it lives on and people can find it later and that's what happened all right so on sunday morning remember i recorded that blatant pitch the attempted blatant pitch anyway i recorded it on saturday night we did it live you know and uh i got up super early on sunday morning and um went to check out what was going on and we had sold actually a lot more now unfortunately well very fortunately yesterday let me go back over here to the old monitor here yesterday we um did a little bit i got tired of not promoting this to my list so i let my list know about this offer at frank's new offer dot com and um we ended up selling a lot of stuff yesterday so i can't like just show you okay here's exactly what came from the stats but what i can do is show you what i recorded for you at seven in the morning yesterday before i told my list about it right so if this works by the way this is going to be amazing hopefully this will work i don't know for sure but i want to try to cue up the video that i took for you yesterday morning at seven something showing you the numbers which can give us a better idea of what happened from that one specific blatant pitch so fingers crossed here's hoping that video works all right here we go all right homies i'm recording this for y'all in 708 on december 20th and so are 20 uh sales for the day for this four course thing and when i made the update yesterday on social um i forgot how many sales we were at like 60 something i think for the day on sunday so the test was let's see what happens after we go live and promote it blatantly just in a facebook live so it looks like we got whatever the difference was here so i think it was like it was actually 64. so we got 41 plus 20 which is pretty sweet um because we were at like i think 1800 in revenue for the day on the 19th when i did that live and here we are at seven something in the morning 709 right now and um yeah we're we made like an extra two grand from doing that live um big shocker going live on facebook works who would have ever guessed such a thing and hang on just a second just um in case anyone thinks that i'm pulling some shenanigans here um current date and time is uh 7 09 a.m but i'm not in fairbanks ranch that's weird um anyway whatever it really is 709 a.m so who knew damn it okay so was the uh i'm assuming because daniel said no audio that the audio didn't work on that that is frank not knowing how to use um ecamm live yet i thought i could just drag the video in there and it would play it for you but bottom line and dang it i wish i had seen that comment about no audio earlier in the video so you wouldn't have had to sit through that and like falling asleep watching nothing happen but um thanks ting by the way um yeah anyway is that gonna go off of there hang on atg's kicking in there we go oh work terry says the audio worked great okay well maybe it did work i don't know um anyway is that crazy or what so it did like two grand and dude this is a four dollar thing and yeah there's some upsells in there you should get it by the way it's a great deal frank's new offer dot com but going live and doing a moderately blatant pitch again i could have done a way better job you know because i gave a lot of content and then i did the pitch and you really i think it would have worked better if i just said okay i'm coming straight in nothing no content just hey everybody i just want to show you this here's the thing you could buy i think that would have worked even better but again it's relatively anecdotal evidence because it's just like a one-time experiment but as you can see the sales went up 2k and nothing else was going on so between the time that i did that live and the time yesterday morning at seven whatever it was was it yesterday yeah i get my dates wrong but whatever you get between the time i made that video for you two g's and that was the only promotional thing i did which was to go which was to go live now let me show you some other stuff because this is um relatively interesting stuff and there are some conclusions we can maybe draw from it um i think there's conclusions we can probably draw from it that's probably a better way to put it probable conclusions that can be drawn okay so i have done uh mentioned to y'all all right that dumb stuff and i'm not being rude and looking at my phone i'm trying to um pull up uh my phone on this thingy okay cool here we go all right that's my man ronnie rice it's a great thing just to see right there ronnie hey ronnie um okay let's see now i want to try to remove that comment from there gablamo all right sweet and okay we got all the stuff off of there all right so still haven't done nearly as much like social posting as i could for this thing so was going to yesterday but i hit the email list and i was like well i kind of like documenting what's going on on social versus email and everything so i can share it with you all because i think it's cool and i think it helps you so let's just have a look at some stats here oh man i switched over to my wife's account how do i get out of here hang on come on back to me okay there we are all right so here are if you want to look right here um this one right here this was a promo for it okay and this was on reels so i can't get any data really for it but this one was a promo it was just like a regular and by promo i just mean a post no ad boosting like no paid thing or whatever i just made a post and was like hey i got this thing so this was the first one all right and this one was on um well i can't tell it doesn't have the date apparently come on come on instagram help me out but look all right so this thing ended up reaching now twelve thousand and four people and it's interesting because a couple days ago when i first started sharing the stuff with y'all i mentioned this particular post and the dang thing had like it's already reached more people and that's been days and days and days and so that's fascinating now check this out all right if we come over her um incidentally i made this po i just did you know the thing where you take a picture and post it on instagram and then you let it share to facebook like i didn't do anything cool right so that was all i did so if we come up in her open her up in her to the facebooks right and scroll down okay we can find this is somebody pretending to be me i think he got the name wrong um pretty funny though look at this we got just a hair more people reached on facebook than we had on the instagram right so you have like what is it here let's see um 13 520 on the facebook and you got yourself uh 12 0004 on the instagrams right so here's here's why that's interesting um i have 200 something thousand you know fans or followers on facebook means nothing by the way have 70 something thousand fans or followers on the instagram means nothing by the way um so a the fans followers thing means nothing and one of the great ways that we can really conclude that is i should have had a proportionally larger reach on facebook if it mattered right because i got like three more 3x more people on facebook versus uh on on instagram so i should have had 3x more reach right i mean that's logical but i didn't i barely had any more reach so that's uh that's thing number one thing number two they're both owned by the same company for now right but instagram got a lot more action which might indicate okay might it might indicate that within the world of organic social instagram is getting a lot more juice i guess from the algorithm than facebook is maybe because it's getting a higher adoption rate among people oh dang it there we go maybe because it's getting a higher adoption rate or whatever um or maybe because reels just came out and they're trying to compete with snapchat like who knows right but that's interesting stuff all right and if we look at this one and let's see how this did across the board this thing right here that you see right there this was like again this is not a paid ad this is just me i took a screenshot of something from the page like i don't know and put some up there something's better nothing you know and um but this one like is a lot different than that first one where this first one is like dumb you know i mean i'm just looking like an idiot there um for once you know and then this one's like a series like you know it looks like an ad all right look at the uh look at the action on this thing way less right so it was 12 000 on the other one 7 900 on this one let's see what it was on the facebooks okay and this i don't know what we can really take from this if anything look at this this got less reach on facebook 5300 than it did on your instagrams i got 7 900. so they're clearly like instagram's getting more 11. and again i just made the post on instagram and you know how it works i guess it shares over to facebook or something i ain't even know i'm just screwing around this stuff i'm not a social media guy but ad guy but i'm gonna become more of a social media guy because every freaking time i do more stuff like this on social media i make money and that applies to everybody i know so it's kind of dumb not to now the other thing that i want to share with you is that if we look at the the promotions in general right and we come over here let me pull up the monitor for you all right we come over here i started pushing this thing just on social all right on or around the 14th and didn't do anything except social except for the 19th or up until the 19th right and so it did 17 701. just from oh sorry i thought i was looking at you there we go just from like organic social media posts not a gazillion dollars right but you know i'm still pretty good and do that every week slowly it's a pretty good bit of money just for screwing around you know so that's pretty cool if we look over here we can go i think i did my first live on thursday so if i just look from the 14th through the 16th then we can see what we can kind of take in to account maybe come on facebook yeah what those dumb posts did right so that's 9 146 now i hadn't done any facebook lives or anything like that up until that point which was the 16th so i think i did my first facebook live about this on the 17th it didn't really push it hard so if we look at that we can see let me bring back up the old i've got to tell you i love ecam live man we can see that the whole thing was done from all right all that all that money and that was it all right let's see one and that was a real so that was just on instagram two this is an actual post wasn't paid none of this is paid uh that went to instagram and facebook all right three this is a real so it's only on instagram all right i think i might be wrong about that uh four this is instagram and facebook five this is another real i think it was only instagram six this is another real think it was only instagram and uh dude i think that was it oh seven and this one's pretty funny um and this went on instagram and facebook all right aside from that and this is just from yesterday me screwing around this is brilliant advice by the way all right so we got seven and then i did some stuff in instagram stories which i've been really slack about since um saturday but again i didn't want to i didn't want to like let the email stuff interfere with the social stuff i wanted to track it so i could show you all so dude we have if we look at this okay uh where are we going there we go okay if we look at that that's 9 100 bucks from the 14th through the 16th so with a four dollar freaking offer as a result of me screwing around on instagram stories and sharing those to facebook as well and then making seven posts seven i think social is a good idea social's not dead a lot of people are like i don't know it's dead here's what makes it work though in my opinion it is not the followers it's the engagement all right so if we look at the numbers on this thing i showed you one post had 12 000 people that just reached it we don't even know if they did me they just saw it right another i think it was the highest one another one was like 7 000 you know so it's not a lot of people it's not like a ton of people are seeing this the name of the game is engagement so the as best i can tell and again like i don't know if anybody really knows how this stuff works so i'm kind of talking out of the my ear here you know trying to keep keep it clean right as far as i can tell this is how everything works um doesn't matter how many fans you have even if you have a billion fans and you go and you try to place an ad and say target those billion fans it won't it'll only let you target the people who are active go look it up on the google by active i mean engaging all right so the name of the game is to get engagement the reason i'm getting this much reach and the reason so many people are seeing my stuff isn't because i do a great job on social i don't post very much i really need to get on top of my game but i don't want to hire someone else to do it i don't want to be like everybody else and do the dumb talking head thing with the whatever i mean it's cool but you know so i don't do a good job the reason this is working for me all this free stuff is because i also advertise and people click on the ads and they watch the damn videos therefore i'm getting that extra added boost of organic stuff if i did this every week the revenue that i made just from doing the organic would more than pay for the ad spend because i only spend between like 80 and 100 grand a month on ads so it's crazy and i'm not even really doing it that hard um and the final thing to take away which i've been kind of mentioning forever number one buy my course frank's new offer dot com there we go forgot the pitch um but number two is it still appears that just like screwing around and having fun is way outperforming being serious you know like making it look like a real ad and trying to make it look professional and all that stuff goofing off and and dumb stuff is working like crazy that's working way better like if you look at these posts okay they were all with the exception of one profoundly stupid all right i mean look at this one this this is a post that promotes the offer this says saw this native ad didn't even click just gonna try it based on the picture meanwhile go to frank's new offer dot com and get four four four full courses for quarters on a table four dollars and quarters and then i got my kids saying holla holla which is of course very professional you always want to involve your kids this is dumb all right this is me i pulled a freaking slideshow but i recorded it on my phone all right dumb okay this one was serious this one sucked i think being relatable down to earth having fun it gets more engagement i think it makes things convert better and ultimately it just works better purely anecdotal i can't prove it except for from my own personal results you know so i don't know it's worth testing and if you want to to re-pitch the same thing before you're done apple's oranges price expansion there's seven different frameworks for it this one right here is about positioning this is how to influence the way people think about you and feel about you before they ever see your stuff um and that's that's like really important by the way because if they already like you they're way more inclined to buy it and you don't have to be a hardcore and you have to be that great at um selling stuff and like copy and everything because dude i'll tell you copy and sell so it's pretty damn hard but having fun with people and making them happy is less hard all right and then finally this one which is very important this is really more of a mindset but it's called scale the six magic steps to winning online it's all about your thinking and your systems and your processes and uh man i'll tell you those three things are critical when it comes to actually you know going from starting to six figures and six to seven and seven to eight is those three things it's not the headline color you know it's not should i use facebook or instagram or youtube is none of that stuff is your thinkings your systems your thinkings your thinking your systems and your processes that's it and it wouldn't be a good offer if we didn't have a bonus and what helps what can contribute to me not having to write very much copy making it a mystery bonus so i don't have to describe it i really just didn't want to write the copy about the bonus because i really don't enjoy writing copy very much but it's a good mystery bonus if y'all know what it is don't tell you uh don't tell anybody what it is please all right if you know what the bonus is but it's a solid uh freaking bonus really is something that sold for 1 94 bucks so there you go that's the update on what happened i'm gonna come on later i don't know if i'm gonna do it today or not but i'll come on later and just make a good old-fashioned hardcore pitch with no content of any value at all and we'll see what happens maybe i'll figure out a way i can track just the sales from that one thing or something you know until then you'll have a good day hopefully all this stuff worked i've got a new mic and stuff that don't really know what i'm doing with this uh with this studio set up i'm having fun learning and now it's time to see if i can figure out oh yeah there of the gopro i need to move the camera a little bit closer but i don't have the tripod stuff yet painted about all this stuff but whatever it's kind of fun more fun than writing copy i'll tell you
