all right what's up everybody today I wanted to quickly go over how PPC management works with Surfside PPC so what we are as a PPC management agency and we can help you manage campaigns in Google AdWords Bing ads Facebook Ads Pinterest ads Twitter ads LinkedIn really any channel where you want to run ads Instagram as well kind of manage right through Facebook so really anywhere you want to manage ads we were able to do it and we do it at an affordable price pricing depends on your budget and really what you need so you can find our pricing right on our website at Surfside PPC comm so to get started step one is we want to meet you and understand your goals we might just meet you know over email or over a phone call we do like to have a phone call to have a good introduction with each other for local to each other we're based in South Carolina for a local to each other we could definitely meet in person that'd be ideal but obviously if you know I've worked with people in Hawaii and I've been across the country and you don't necessarily need to meet in person but we will if if we're able to so we want to meet you and want to understand your goals do you want a certain level of sales do you want to drive leads so exactly what are your goals so that's kind of where we start and from there what we do is we'll go back and do research basically competitive research keyword research you know display research really everything so we can understand your business and we come up with a customized solution for you so that means keywords the way ads are gonna look like you know landing pages conversion tracking campaign tracking all these different things we're gonna make sure we set up for you so that's step 2 is is we do a lot of research and come up with a solution to reach your goals to reach your key performance indicators so number three is going to be account access and campaign setup so what we basically want is to make sure that we can set up your you know have access to all of your accounts we just have advertising access you maintain complete ownership of it so what we would do is you know whether it's Google Adwords or Bing ads we add you rate to our agency account as advertisers and we would set up your campaigns for you we do everything so you don't have to worry about campaign setup you don't have to worry about doing anything besides just communicating with us we want to make it as easy as possible for you so once we have account access campaign set up we have budget set we let the campaigns run for a little bit and step four is daily ongoing optimization so you know we might let the campaigns run for three four or five days to make sure that you know we do collect some data we can't start optimizing after the first hour because a keyword might not perform the same one day as it does the next day so what we basically do is collect data and we optimize your campaigns we try to send you know the most optimal conversions and it's something that's gonna take a little bit of time it might take a few weeks it might take a few months but we want to get to a point where we have we're driving you conversions at the absolute best price possible so that's daily ongoing optimization step four and Step five the final you know really the final step is just reporting and communication so we we like to schedule calls with you because that helps us give a better idea of how everything's going we'll definitely be an email contact you know whether it's every day whether it's every other day and as far as reporting we like to send bi-weekly and monthly reports so we'll send a report maybe on the 15th of a month and then a report at the beginning of the next month just to show you where your campaigns are and where everything's going it helps us to understand what's working best because we create all the reports ourselves and it helps us communicate to you you know how things are going and work with you to say you know maybe we stop a certain campaign that's not optimal maybe we put more budge upon another campaign so step 5 is important and improving so so that's basically that's how PPC management works pretty simple we send invoices at the end of the month so if it's you know for January we'll send an invoice February 1st or 2nd for January's ad spend we don't charge anything upfront we don't charge any extra costs that don't make sense for you everything we do is to make sure that you have the best possible experience with us so that's how PPC management works make sure you contact us today at Surfside PPC comm slash contact and we'll get in touch with you as soon as possible thank you
