hello YouTube I'm at vew Productions and welcome back to another Minecraft Pocket Edition video so yeah today I'm just going to kind of be replying to a comment that I got on my previous video you can see it on the screen uh here right now so they ask how can you get your hot bar uh like Xbox version raised up kind of like this you can see on my screen right now the hot bar is raised up it's above the bottom of the screen typically in Pocket Edition it is stuck to the bottom of the screen also the hearts in the top left hand corner and the uh the um hunger bar is also raised as well so everything's kind of raised from the sides of the screen like it is normally and uh I this is just an option that's actually just built into Minecraft now and that I thought most people knew about but I guess you guys don't really know about it so I'm I'm here to just kind of tell you about it and what it basically does and the benefits of having it like this and uh yeah a lot of people just want it to look a little bit like Xbox and I think that's kind of why they added it in but anyways I don't think you can actually get to the option uh in the normal settings here if we scroll all the way down to the um uh video settings here yeah you can't really see it it's not in here and I don't I don't know why it's not in here you can actually change the classic and all that it still does not show up but uh yeah basically it is just a little option to help you out so to actually access this uh setting you're going to have to go to the settings tab on the actual main screen here and here in video settings obviously you can change your gu scale and all this but there is another option that appears here that you cannot again I say this again uh you cannot change while in game and that is change screen safe area this isn't a mod or anything this is just built right into the game if you have the latest version of Minecraft Pocket Edition you should be able to access this so yeah change screen safe area and as you can see I have my safe area set 2 85 and you can kind of just increase that uh so if we set it to this this is 100 so the save area is right against the screen but yeah you can lower it down to 95 or whatever so I I'll put it to 100 just to show you that it does work and actually does in fact uh change where the um the GUI is located so if we build the terrain here yeah as you can see it barely floats above my thing right now and it it just looks normal and also have it set to PC settings right now but again we have to go back to save and quit and go all the way down to the settings over here go to video then we can change it back to 92 or something like that and go back into our world over here and we should see that it is different so there it is yeah so it's raised up now that is how you change it again the benefits are just to have it raised up so it's not you're not constantly tapping right at the bottom of the screen it's just nice to have it you know raised up looks a little bit more professional maybe a little bit more like Xbox better for recording in some ways so yeah the hot bar is now raised sheep and um that is it's all good anyways thank you guys for watching this is just a really quick little tutorial kind of thing I decided to put out today but uh yeah I hope this uh helped any of you guys out showed you a cool thing you can do in Pocket Edition now I know a lot of you are going to be like oh I already knew about this but uh it was just more of a singular request from someone who really needed to know how to do it so I thought hey if this guy doesn't know how to do it maybe a lot of you don't know how to do it or know about it at all so um yeah that is my tutorial thanks for watching I'll see you next time and goodbye
