hey everyone Bren here from voice flow 2024 was an exciting year for us as we continued to build the world's best collaborative AI agent building platform for customer support Automation and so much more the AI space moves quickly so we wanted to take a moment to highlight only a few of this year's 100 plus exciting feature launches but first what is voice flow well we're focused on giving you deep agent customization and control by providing customers with a complete toolkit to build the exact agent that you want with complete observability and guard rails to ensure you are always in control of the customer experience some of the features we added this year include powerful new capabilities such as our LM inent classification for better user understanding an agent content management system for more scalable agent building knowledge-based pipelines for accurate AI responses workflows for complex AI task automation functions for easier agent Integrations and we added some of the latest Cutting Edge AI models from leading model providers this year we passed 3,000 customers at vo globally with leading companies including Cisco and turo building Advanced AI agents on voice flow in 2024 voice flow customers added over 4 million steps to their agent workflows and collectively spent 635,000 hours that is 72 and2 years building agents on voice flow to Delight their customers we couldn't have achieved this level of growth without our community of Builders entrepreneurs and Design designers almost 10,000 voic developers are now in our Discord community and collectively sent over 65,000 messages to help each other build filming over 1,800 Community created tutorial videos on YouTube but next year is going to be even bigger for voice flow with Incredible capability set to launch in January and Beyond first up is our brand new voice AI capabilities for phone calls and voice flow to quickly launch and scale inbound and outbound calling automation all within the same platform as your current chat automation after that well you will just have to wait and see though here's to another year of pushing the boundaries of conversational AI together [Music]
