the one thing we got right was that the the use case we bought which is coach is actually aligned perfectly with the overall company strategy swim with the tide if you can salam's overall strategy is to be an advice Le business so we said well we think we can use AI to live up to that strategy and to help help that strategy in terms of delivering advice with the AI the vast majority of business that comes into sunam is driven through human activity and and advice given by humans and while that really good it obviously has some shortcomings it's very expensive to do and you can't scale it you can't scale the numbers overnight because the vesting periods of advisor is going on to three years because it's so expensive and hard to scale you leave a huge part of the market that you can't afford to give advice to so we said we think we can give high quality AI based advice to a much wider audience but it's not going to threaten the existing channels it's going to complement the existing CH channels and that story kind of made sense so that's how we positioned it
