LLM Intent Classification: an exciting new capability that enables faster and more accurate intent classification using large language models and the Intents CMS. Listen functionality: an extension we added to the Function step. With Listen, developers can set up clickable buttons and event listeners to respond dynamically to user input and trigger the conversation flow that will address the user’s needs. Self-Serve Billing for Teams: you can now upgrade to Teams or Pro within the app to start collaborating with your team right away. Workflows CMS: we're phasing out Topics and Domains to bring you this robust system, complete with tools for assigning statuses, delegating workflows to team members, and seamless folder integration within the CMS and the on canvas navigation.
