my name is pav chermak I come from CCH Republic and I'm a owner of an AI automation agency called high digital a. today I want to show you the latest AI assistant we have built and deployed for a local city hall actually over here in our region and this one is sitting in the website of the region where is about like 150,000 monthly visits of users it has over like 50,000 URLs so basically the main purpose of this assistant is to help users navigate more easily throughout the website and to be able to provide them information as fast as possible so yeah and that's where we came in we basically offered this service you know to the city hall because they were doubling with the idea of AI basically the project was uh broken down into three main phases first we needed to analyze the data the biggest obstacle we've had was how to basically throw into the knowledge base all those URLs so we needed to analyze the data first in order to make the B more accurate and make it easier for it to find the information you basically all went with the idea to categorize the information into like different buckets of information or categories you could say and that that's actually where voice flows Tex API comes in because you can take different pieces of information and that way you can categorize them the bot right now recognizes when someone asks about for example how can I get from point A2 pointb it recognizes that it's Transportation category and that way it looks only into that category and that way the accuracy heightens there's also like different parts of information not only the sitemap you know you have like a title and URL then you have contact information URL phone number and then also we've had lots of FAQs and answers that we formulate into question and answer Pairs and all of these types of information we needed to find a way how to compile this information and clean it and upload it into voice flow in a automated way as well so that was the that was the last part I guess automating the entire thing there has been over like for the past month about 11,000 interactions actually and over 3,000 users so you could say about 100 users each day are interacting with thebot and each each of them is writing on average three messages people are coming back to the boat and they are also getting the information
