if you want to get into data science you need to learn the python package pandas it's the ultimate library for analyzing cleaning and exploring data i'm going to show you how easy it is in python we import pandas as pd then we can read data using pd.read csv i'm going to read this car's price data set if you open this file in excel you would see data about cars and their prices now if i just type df describe i'm giving a bunch of information about each column by typing df head we can see the first few rows in the data set let's check out the horsepower column of this data set we can easily get the average value by typing dot mean we can get the max or min value there are also a lot of built-in functions like value counts so a horsepower of 68 occurs 19 times in this data set make sure to subscribe on youtube for more tips on pandas
