hey Alex Williams here from page of Duty summit in San Francisco California and we're just finishing up the keynotes and going to get back to with more interviews that we have today with some of the themes that we're seeing from page duty summit one big focus on teams and how you think about teams and how you build your teams secondly thinking about you know time and how you manage your time and how that time management can be so critical and how that really makes a difference in terms of how you know how you're performing and really comes down to like that you know the real kind of impact that that poor operations can have on your overall organization and they equate it often to you know time is money and it's such a cliche but it's it is true this time is money concept is really true when you think about companies like American Eagle who they mentioned who have calculated that you know they could lose as much as $20,000 per minute and we see those costs just escalate for other organizations too that are scaling out a few of the other kind of highlights from this morning at the summit let me see here we had a lot of discussion with people who have seen who've seen it all I think those the highlight was Aaron Levie of the CEO box talking about in 2005 when they actually basically just had one server he said they need to be they need the opposite of what of why paid you to the offers and that's just knowing when you're actually your site is up and not down because that's was they basically were saying that they they slept by the server and when and when the server had to and the server needed some work they would just look at it and turn it on or what those are different days different times but it speaks kind of the same thing that we're looking at how things have changed so much and how now we're moving into this new era really were the data is defining in many ways how you manage your time and how you think about that in terms of your overall team and how you manage the workflows and the technology that goes with it we're going to be back here and if you did a little bit with more interviews I'm Alex Williams founder editor in chief of the new stack thanks for thanks for joining us
