We are a global company with offices across US, Canada and Europe. My name is Gagan Pritanhawa. I'm an assistant vice president of enterprise architecture at CNA insurance. What we wanted to do was that we wanted to assess the risk in a way that nobody else can do in the marketplace. So historically that was one of our biggest pain point is that every risk in the market that we assess or any insurance company assesses today is based on the geoloccation. We're looking for an environment where we can bring this terabytes of data process it and then make it available. sometimes could be 10,000 locations that we are underwriting for a single account. It takes lot of time and energy for those underwriters to make [music] really informed decisions. They're working with so much data. With the help of help of this tool, we can actually highlight certain specific locations and there's tremendous saving from a time perspective and also there's lot of additional analytics capability that we have provided them that they can really make those informed decisions quickly. We have very deep specialized skill sets. Our underwriting is topnotch and that is our market differentiator as compared to other companies. So that's one of the main reason why customer come to us in the first place and then they stick with us for a long period of time. We wanted to work with a group of individuals who are the best in the industry from a technical skill skill perspective. So it was a natural fit for us to work with Google cloud consulting 6 months in totality to be able to build a groundup solution from ideation to a place where we can actually use it. So if we look at the market, BigQuery is the is one of the best engines for geospatial [music] analytics and we leverage that platform. We leverage a lot of other different services from Google ecosystem, cloud composer, data flow so that we can bring all of this geospatial data into one single platform. This work not only has helped us from innovation perspective but we have also built in new relationships with those partners where they have come in and done work outside the Google cloud consulting engagements. We wanted to build something that nobody [music] has and we wanted to work with people that we can really trust and there's nobody I would say better than the Google consulting services. CNA is creating a new way to help underwriters make more informed decisions quickly.
