It's not so much a benefit to users as it is for the bottom line of the hardware brands and Microsoft itself. HP, for example, stated that AI PCs now account for a quarter of sales with their higher price tags contributing to revenue growth. Dell and Intel have in a similar way been pushing AI ready technology on customers. The register says that they've looked at this themselves and found out that businesses just don't care about features such as recall. I think it's a privacy nightmare. Microsoft likes to try try and try again to convince customers that it knows best, but I cannot imagine why you'd want Microsoft spying on you more than they're doing already. and why you would want all this data stored which could result in a hacker getting information to your entire life because of all the screenshots that this computer is taking at the moment. Copilot Plus PC can't see the reason to buy this. Go and buy an Intel or AMD. Probably AMD is better at the moment, but uh with all the investments from Nvidia and the US government into Intel, hopefully Intel will come back again. Am I wrong about this?
