hello humans when we scan your air overload and today I have an absolutely amazing tool to show you and that tool is called llama cleaner now for those of you who don't know what lava cleaner is it is basically a very powerful in-paging tool that allows you to input or erase part of an image for absolutely free and this can easily replace the content aware tool in Photoshop so for example let's say you are in Photoshop and you want to erase this person from your image what you would usually do is that you would take your selection tool you're gonna select part of the image that you want to erase then you're going to go to edit content aware fill and then you will click ok to apply the content aware of fill and this would be the final image which is pretty good but not perfect but with llama cleaner all you have to do is just select your brush paint over your subject and it's got and as you can see you have known A Perfect Image without your subject which is way faster than using Photoshop and you actually get way better quality too moreover if you go here in your settings and you select here a model let's say for example let's select the stable diffusion 1.5 and I write here a prompt let's say I want to see a lion and then I paint over an area where I want this new subject to be and I click on dream and in a few seconds we have now impacted a brand new subject onto our scene and all of that without leaving a cleaner which is really really cool and this is basically what the Llama cleaner does it erases and it in paints now compared to tools like penthouse.com or invoke Ai and does not allow you to out paint a lemon cleaner really specialize only for erasing and in painting and it does that really really well but it also has a pretty interesting option that was recently added that I will show you in the end which is really really fun to use now to download and install number cleaner it is actually pretty simple all you have to do is just click the link in the description down below you can arrive on this page and then you're gonna click on this link right here and this will download a zip archive onto your computer and you can extract it either using winrara or 7-Zip so just right click and then click on extract then you're gonna have a brand new folder called the Nama cleaner win double click on it Go and set them a cleaner and then you're gonna double click on win config that file to start the installation now this will download a bunch of files and it might take some time so be patient so after a few minutes of installation you will see a screen right here that will basically ask you to choose between two models the stable diffusion 1.5 or the lava model now as you can see the one between parentheses is the model currently selected which is the stable diffusion 1.5 and this is what I advise you to do because this will download the stable diffusion 1.5 onto your computer in a specific Direct history so for this you're gonna simply click on enter and then it's gonna ask you a hanging face token so if you haven't done it already you need to accept the terms of condition of the stable diffusion in painting model for this you can click the link in description down below you can arrive on this page if you don't already have a hanging face account you need to create one then you're gonna see a text right here that will ask you to accept the terms and conditions to be able to download the model now of course in my case I've already done it then once this is done you're gonna click on your profile click on settings click on access tokens then click new token you can choose a name for your token and decided to call mine lemon cleaner then choose the role from read to write and then click on generate a token and then you're gonna click on this button right here to copy token to cleanboard and then back in your command prompt window all you have to do is just right click so just press on the right button of your mouse and it will automatically paste your hanging face token right here and then press enter then it's gonna ask you which device you want to use the Cuda or or the CPU and if you have an Nvidia card you want to choose Cuda so as you can see this one is already selected by default so all you have to do is just press enter then it's going to ask you if you want to start it as a desktop app and for this you want to say Yes And since the yes is already selected by default you can simply press enter and now the installation is finally complete and all you have to do to launch Lama cleaner is just double click on the winstarred web file also next time that you want to update Lama cleaner you need to double click on the win config bot file and it will automatically update it to the latest version and if you only want to start lemon cleaner you can simply double click on the Windstar bat file and there you go simple as that also if this is your first time each time you select the model it's going to download it from scratch it might take a while but this is only the first time next time that you launch Lama cleaner all the models will be already available from the start so it will be way faster each time you want to change models now when it comes to the interface it is fairly simple the reason that much to say on the top left corner here you can upload an image here you can upload a custom mask if you want to have more control over your image this is where you input your prompt this is where you can buy a coffee for the developer to support their work this is to change the theme you have to choose between dark and light but I'm sure most of you will be using the Dark theme here you have a list of hotkeys and shortcuts that you can use to speed up your workflow the configurations button allows you to hide or show the configuration panel and as you can see right here if you already use stable diffusion before all of these options will be very familiar to you except maybe match Instagrams that basically allows you to improve the quality of the image in a little bit but personally I haven't seen a lot of differences where you can train out yourself and see if it works for you down in the bottom you have now here a brush option that allows you to control the size of your brush the interactive segmentation basically acting in the magic tool in Photoshop so if you select this option and then you select a specific area as you can see this entire a subject has been selected automatically which is very practical if you don't want to use the brush and paint it yourself here this is the reset zoom and pan button that allows you to reset the view so if for example you have zoomed a little too much you can click on this button to revert it to the default position here you have the undo and redo button just like in Photoshop here this is really really cool it allows you to show the original image so if you click on it and you hold it it will basically create this kind of like animation images between the two of them and you can see here like the original image and the finished image which is really really cool and finally you have here the option to save the final image onto your computer so everything is fairly easy there isn't that much options this is really like super simplified and super easy to use and of course lastly you have the settings option and this here is where you can choose all the different models available now unfortunately as of right now you cannot upload your own models so all the models that you can news are only available here and unfortunately a lot of these models are fairly similar so if you see right here the first five models the Llama ldm zits matte FCF these are basically all the models that allow you to erase something from the image and they all work pretty well but some of them work better in certain situation now if you go on the official GitHub repository page you're gonna see here a comparison between the different models between lava lgm zits FCF and for each model you can see here all the pros and cons of using them now in my personal testing I found out that it's actually very difficult to really compare them to try to understand which one is really the better one now if I had to summarize these models I would say that the lava model is kind of like a general model that is pretty fast and works pretty much all the time with pretty much everything it does not produce the best results but it usually works pretty well with pretty much everything and it is also very very fast now the ldm one produces pretty good results it usually produces better results than llama but it is also way way slower because you need to wait until all of those steps are finished so again if I select the Zone here with ldm and I wait a little bit you can see that this Zone was better deleted than llama cleaner then you have the zits model now with this model unfortunately I know that here it says that it produces like better results than llama but in my personal testing llama always did better than this and the developer also says it itself that there may be a little problem with the code or the implementation so that's maybe why the zits mode does not work as well as it's showing right here so if I paint with the zit so as you can see like compared to even like ldm the results is certainly not as good so if you are planning on using them a cleaner basically do not use the zits model now the map model is probably like my second favorite it is faster than lgm and usually produces even better results so if I paint over here with the matte model as you can see it is super super fast and produces as good if not better results than the ldm or llama so the mod model is really really good and it's probably my second favorite and here FCF is I would say in general my favorite model to use it is fast and also very precise so again if I paid over this area with the FCF model as you can see almost immediately you get absolutely fantastic results now which one do you prefer it Cannon really depends on the image and the results that you expect so in a way it's also kind of up to you but personally in my testing if I had to rank all of these models I would say that number one is FCF number two is map number three is ldm number four is lava and number five is zits now I know that there is also another model right here that is called CV2 but this one um no matter what I do do I just never really managed to get any decent results so here if I bend over this area with the CV2 yeah it just basically destroys the the image so I don't know if this is like a problem with the implementation or if this is a problem on my side but the CV2 model just does not work also each time that you select the model here you have these two options that appear the manual impacting mode and basically this button creates this new eraser button that basically gives you like a little bit more time and control over your mask so if you paint over in the area it does not immediately delete your subject so you can paint like on multiple times or multiple zones at the same time and then and only then you can click on this eraser button to erase the subject as you can see right here so if you don't like when it's erasing the subject automatically you can actually enable this option and do it yourself whenever you feel like it so the download mask option basically allows you to download the mask and the image so for example let's say you erase part of this image and then you click on this button to save the image this will actually download two files the final image and the final mask that was used throughout this entire process now I'm not sure why exactly you would need that but this option is here if you want to and here for the iron resolution strategy just leave it at crop because this is the most optimized option all the other options basically use way more memory from pretty much the same exact results so just leave it at Chrome by default now as you can see we have now a few models left to talk about now two of these models you already know about them because this is the stable diffusion 1.5 special in painting model and the stable diffusion 2.0 now if you want to see the differences between them that's actually select the stimulo fusion 2.01 paint over our line subject and let's try to generate a new line but this time with the 2.0 and this is the final result now personally I prefer the previous one the one done with the 1.5 it was a little bit better implemented into the image but this one is not bad also it's just that compared to the 1.5 this one is a little bit better implemented into the image so here you have the manga model now the manga model in theory should be better at basically erasing part of the image when working with black and white screen tone that you often see in manga panels but unfortunately in my testing and also in the testing that you see right here the result is actually pretty pretty bad and in general indeed the lava version actually performed way way better so again I'm not sure if this is a problem with the implementation or the code or just the model in general but I would personally not use the manga model for pretty much anything and if you try it out directly on like a color image you also don't get very good results so yeah basically don't use the manga model either so yeah to sum it up do not use it do not use CV2 do not use the manga model they are pretty much useless and for finally and this is the best for last as I said earlier in the video we have a brand new model that was actually introduced like a few days ago that is called paint by example and basically this model allows you to combine two different images into a brand new one you have your base image then the inspiration image as you can see this is a bunny and if you paint over this area for example on his shoulder the model will understand that this is a brown bunny and it will then paint this brown bunny on the subject's shoulder which is really really really cool and I haven't seen other software do that and here's another example with a cat with a bird with a stuffed bear a panda you can pretty much do anything you want so let's actually do it live and try it out let's say that this is our base image and for the inspiration image I'm actually going to choose the photo of this little bird and then click open I'm gonna leave pretty much everything by default maybe enable Instagram then decrease the size of my brush maybe paint over his head because I want the burn to be here and then click on paint and this is the final result as you can see we have now a little bird on the top of the slime's head and as you can see this bird has basically similar colors to the one in this image and you can actually get pretty decent results using this specific model and of course if you don't like it you can simply redo and maybe try again and you can generate unlimited amount of combination using this model and that's pretty cool so in conclusion llama cleaner is a very nice piece of software that allows you to erase or in paint a specific subject and do it better and faster than Photoshop and all of that for absolutely free and
