Hello friends today we're going to be talking about dream booth and more specifically we're going to talk about the paid versus free options now with the free options obviously they're free but you're gonna spend a lot more time configuring it now if you have an expensive GPU with over 12 gigs of a vram you have a lot more options but if you don't there are some great paid options out there for dreambooth and stable Fusion which are most of the time easier to use and they're gonna save you a lot of time so in this video we're going to look at one of them and this is actually part of a like it okay so we're here at open art I'm gonna post the link in the description below but basically it's openart.ai now open art is many things they have a prompt Library where you can find prompts for your own images if you wanna render yourself you can also generate images here free and you can use their photo both option which is basically dream booth so that's what we're gonna do today and here is open art photo booth create personalized photos with ease now you have various options here and you could create a person like take your own images or or a family member and make super cool images like this superhero image here you can take a pet to a character you can even make your own art styles that people have been doing I think that's a super cool way take objects or you know just think of something for yourself but what we're gonna do today is we're gonna trade a person we're gonna take my face just for ease of use now if you've been with me for a while you've seen me do this in the free version of Google cool app and that's it's a little bit of a hassle and it takes a little time so I'm going to show you how easy this is now they also have something called the preset store now this isn't required but it's something that they feel is great value and if you aren't well versed in making prompts yourself it's a great option because you're saving time so you can just slap a preset onto your train model and get nice looking images out of that here's an example like here's a preset of Sherlock Holmes or James Bond so you can dive into that and check that out if you want you can also adapt them and set up custom prompts now again this is a paid option you can do this for free you can create you can even do the paid model here and then do create your own custom free prompts but if you want to save time or you don't know how to make prompts it's a great option let's go back to the person here so it says here your first priest package is complementary so you can just try that out you can check browse presets here you have like mail movie female movie lots of different stuff let's try this artistic and modern let's select that one then you just confirm and then you continue here and when you're paid up you enter this part so here's the model name I'm just going to put in my name and this will be the identifier this is the prompt word that you will use if you make custom prompts so I'm gonna also here write my name and here the class that's important because the AI needs to know what you are and in this case if I if I would put like a dog here then they I would be confused because I'm going to input images of me and I'm obviously a human or an AI you don't know that so I'm going to put in man so this is what the input images are and then it says here there are some image guidelines for inputs so they recommend 20 to 30 photos the more the better try to upload third images if you can I think I have about um 20 or 21. most of them should be a close-up portrait of your face and I have a couple of half body and some full body if you can if possible try to Center yourself in the photo if you have square photos already that's great if not you're going to be able to crop them here instead if you don't have them any existing photos you can just use your phone to take some more make sure to stand at different places and that's because you want to have different backgrounds and preferably try to do different poses as well so if you have a lot of photos like this try and do a couple from your side and that side maybe you do it like that maybe you're smiling or maybe you're angry you know just have a variety and if you can try to keep the photos of you yourself and just remember your model will be deleted in one month for privacy concerns but you can download the model you can download the checkpoint and use it locally okay we're going to input my images now and I've prepared a bunch of images you can see lots of images of me here's just me standing next to a painting in a museum here's me standing next to a painting in a museum again here's me in a professional setting in the citystreets of Stockholm and here you have me in the jungles of Thailand being an explorer so I'm just going to take all of these and I haven't made any changes some are square some are vertical some are horizontal they even have a horizontal one here which is basically a previous stable Fusion render that I've used so I'm just gonna drag and drop this in here and now you will be able to Center them you can see that they're getting squares here because everything needs to be square so make sure you Center them up so you have your face in there and this is fairly easy so most of them are you know pretty good this one is to be changed this one too this all right yeah I think that's it and then we're gonna upload and once this is uploaded we can start the training which takes about 30 minutes to an hour but you don't need to do anything they have people checking that for you and just make sure that all the images here have a green check and that's already green upload thing if you want to delete any afterwards just press the red here and then we start training and it says you have uploaded 21 images you cannot modify or upload more images One start training or you should continue so make sure that you have some good images before you start this and there we have it we have pending here and it started less than a minute ago and I'm gonna wait for this to complete and then I'm gonna see you in a bit hey while we're waiting and while we're on the subject of training you know my friend got a job as a garbage man but there was no training his boss just said you'll pick it up as you go all right welcome back we just finished training and it's been well didn't take an hour but uh almost about 45 minutes so now I have my um model here and I can go into that and if you want to make a custom prompt of yourself is you can first just push here to get your identifier and class in and then write what you want for example um as Superman let's add in paint thing trending art station now let's add some filler words just because it's fun and take four images and then we're gonna submit okay let's look at our finished model here now we have a couple of presets set here now the custom prompt that we just did that we have here so we can see this me is Superman might need to generate a couple more of that but let's check the presets once so here's the preset artistic Modern beach art style that looks kind of cool and this is this is hilarious this is me three times over here's a preset of me as Sherlock Holmes I think these look alright actually I think this one's deformed but seven out of these eight look good here's me as Rocky Balboa and again seems like seven out of eight looks good I think this one and this one didn't turn out well but the other seven look decent and sorrow Jack Sparrow like this These are nice and actually I think the presets here are actually better than what I got from my simple Superman prompt here because two of those are deformed so that's the Superman that you if you remember that's the one we that we made custom all these presets are open art made Super Saiyan yeah that's cool I'm Gonna Save that one it's the Mad Hatter yeah I mean these are all actually uh pretty good and we don't have any deformed faces here here's me as Maximus from the Gladiator and again good results James Bond I don't know about this one yeah that's the four one but the rest seem to be okay so that's actually a pretty good ratio of good images to bad ones and you can always generate more because when you have the presets or when you have made a custom prompt I mean you have lots you can make lots of images um freely here's actually a Superman custom preset here I am is Christopher Columbus a spooky art style and apparently here's some kind of magic card I don't know how that got in there ah loving this one Indiana Jones makes me um makes me think about the input image of me in the jungle next time I'll have this kind of outfit instead yeah so these are all presets that you can choose when you are creating your own model so that's uh what's a lot to choose from well I always love some cyberpunk that uh neon Vibe always gets me going this one's nice and if you get something you like you can always upscale it here's um the original you have two times some can go four times and four times with face uh enhancement or you can do four times and have an anime style now if you're doing your own phase you don't want to change too much here because then it might turn into another face we can do a regular four times so here you can have you have these we're now looking at the four times we can see that original you can see now it's just a small image but you can download that the raw image again a lot of stars to choose from you can check out what's available and just pick where you at and if you don't want that you're free to use your custom prompts so as you can see this is very easy to use and it is again a paid option I think right now it's 10 bucks to create your own model you will have the option to use your model here on openart you will be able to download the checkpoint just remember if you download the checkpoint I think it says up here let's see if we can find it here checkpoint file ready to download just remember that you need to use the token SKS man and depending on what you create your token or your prompt word will be here it will not be the same as the one that you put up in here and check the package store here there is where you will be choosing your presets if you want that right now they're two bucks each so there's lots of stuff to choose from here and if you're actually good at making your own problems you can apply for the photo both Creator program and then you can create a package here and if you do that you will get a percentage of the revenue so yeah this was a quick look at open Arts paid dream Booth option which is a great option if you just want to get it to work without any hassle and again it's 10 bucks now if you don't want to spend 10 bucks and you're one of one of the people that think this should be 100 free there are those options as well you can go to uh the Google collab options it will take more time for you you need to learn that system you need to adapt your input images a little bit more but in the end it is possible to get it 100 free but the cost will be your time so whatever is best for you the choice is yours personally I think it's good to have options as far as paid options go I think this is a fair one I have a good contact with the developers updates and
