gonna judge some niche site ideas so we have a list of 25 different niche site ideas and I don't even know if we're gonna agree we have not pretty gone through a pretty run through these at all now we're just going to talk about the bit niche sites and one means it's a terrible niche site there's no way I would spend my time building this and ten means this is a killer niche site let's build this tomorrow let's start number one is power kites so power kites are these really huge like 15 foot long looks like a parachute and it's like strong enough to pull people around that's our niche site didn't listen o-5 I give this an 8 um what's your problem with the same I don't have a huge problem with the site I don't know much about power kites obviously but I would imagine that the kind itself isn't it might be a little bit on the expensive side it might not be some people buy immediately there they're a hundred fifty to three hundred dollars okay so maybe it is an ideal I assume that they'd be more expensive than that the other thing is I feel like it's a site based around maybe a single product so maybe if we took an angle of it where it's not just power kites but it's more about the power kite culture and how to kind of stuff okay that's a good point that actually takes me down to a seven because it's the right price for an Amazon thing but we don't like sites that are product focused we like them on the topic so instead of best bow hunting bows of 2018 calm we make it archery lovers calm yeah because then it's more authentic even or even on to how we're kiting is better than power kites yeah we just don't like those spammy power kite reviews document stuff okay all right next one is Pillai tying this is making little flies for fishing I was kind of peeking but I'm good I'm oh I'm giving this a sucker and not okay this also may come from our difference in knowledge about time I think that there's huge potential traffic in this niche uh-huh my only issue is that I'm assuming that the things that I go by are really inexpensive yeah mostly it's like until the pair is five bucks but you can get a vice that's you know 300 bucks but there are a lot of vices that are 40 that most beginners are going to buy that so that's my own literally the only thing that knocked me down from this because I imagine there's gonna be a ton of traffic a lot of people searching fly-tying and it's a great one for how-to tutorials so that the the content could be fantastic but I'm a little concerned about the so if we were to do some info products and stuff I think it could be also that's true definitely need to twist but if I just want to know how to make in healthcare caddis I'm gonna go to youtube I don't know if I need a course on that and it is a youtube sort of thing it's really visual so if you're gonna have a niche site on this there's gonna be some good materials you can probably have but you're one gonna want to have a strong YouTube channel curse you you know YouTube is something to keep the track of there are a lot of niches that they're kind of moving more toward the YouTube stuff if people are looking for a resultant and prefer to be on YouTube I hereby move down to a 5 I'm questionable on this now keep in mind that a 5 6 to me is still middle of the road that's not look about niche you can absolutely be done alright dirt bikes this gets ya we can pretend on this because we are working right now on a website called dirt bike planet calm we bought it from another guy who started it in 2006 and we have since reinvigorated it and stuff and his killer to get traffic on it lots of stuff to monetize with this is excellent and it's not even that seasonal all right next one surprising yeah it is amazing it's really good and we find that by looking on Google Trends and just seeing how things change home music recording over clearly this is like you know your I got a friend who plays the piano and you want to make you know audio recordings and stuff let me think on this one more no I give this a full 10 all right I'm up there I I'm trying to think of what's wrong with this one it's probably as good as dirtbikes honestly yeah I should probably give it a 10 because I mean you got mixers but it's not product based whole music recording like there's so many topics you can talk about here that are not at all based around it's not what the macer review spammy there's a lot of things people are gonna search for they're gonna search for audacity verses audition and they're gonna search for how to sweeten spoken word and how to do audio at like a church and do the live audio there's just so much you can do here they're pretty expensive items they it's complex enough that people need a tutorial I stand by my ten not that it's alright go cart building not buying it you're building go-karts before my hesitation on this is it's it's pretty specific I guess the the thing that I go for we're like how big of an inch to choose is it school somebody's like oh that's a unique hobby but if you like set it at a party and everybody was like what'd you do what is your hobby then it makes me think that's kind of specific the market that would be kind of small for this like how I mean I don't even know anybody who owns a golf cart see and then people are yeah building when I was a kid like it seemed like it was pretty common for people to take an old trimmer engine uh-huh and make a go-kart like I don't know it seems like he was coming now I'm thinking about it and I only knew like one person that did it but it seemed common to me but it's true that it's not really a big thing so DIY thing you know I'm not gonna go buy the piping on Amazon no I'm gonna go to Home Depot and so I miss my Commission for the Amazon that season you know tires or something you got to get online I'm not even sure it's a four yeah I don't know because I think a lot of the products you're gonna buy you're just gonna go to Home Depot and it's kind of a DIY ish thing and how many people are really doing it and following through Adam it's toaster reviews that's not a seven that's a one to one that checks too many negative boxes for me yes it's all about product reviews it's a super chain product and it's such a simple product to use I'm sorry like if I'm gonna buy a toaster I'm just gonna go buy a toaster I'm not gonna read a review yeah what you doing honey already toaster $20 purchase today has to be right this time the last 12 have been just horrendous all right snowmobiling actually go back yeah four or five it awesome Mitch right like in terms of monetization and all the specialized stuff and people need a tutorial on stuff that's great but it's so seasonal really seasonal less than half a year in in the parts of the US that actually get snow we get a lot of snow in Idaho and you can't snowmobile all year when the snow starts getting down people put the snowmobiles up cuz it tears my yep ultramarathon so this is like 26.2 mile plus this is like more than that a lot of these are liable earns hundred mile are a few hundred miles over the course of two days what's your thought well it's a specialized enough thing that and I and like the training that goes into an ultramarathon it's different I mean it's it's a very pretty specific niche that I think has a lot of opportunity for tutorial type information but and there are more products I would imagine for ultra marathon runners than for short long distance runners like you know people that only run marathons and stuff I'm being facetious obviously there's going to be more products involved mmm I would imagine but not a whole lot yeah and in this kind of initiative thing that I don't know it's pretty specific you don't need a lot you need shoes and water bottles you'll have some other things camelbaks whatever but not the baby yeah I just don't see it next one I already know what you're gonna pick on this so don't even bother I'll just put life coaching this one from us if you were a former CEO or you're just incredibly successful or something and you want to do a life coaching program that's fine it is not a passive site you're gonna need to make you know people are gonna want consulting and stuff it's not a passive site people love doling out advice and it's difficult to get traffic on just how to beat an AK gym it's difficult to do and to get able to hire you to come out and do speeches and stuff there's got to be something about you that's unique if you were like Jim said if you were a CEO of a fortune 100 company yeah you got a shot there if you were a Navy SEAL you got a shot there if you're me and you just get tired of working at your normal day job and you want to go out and teach other people how to be happy in their lives I'm sorry what credibility do I have yeah life coaching oh nope nope timing astronomy is the niche I got mine picked hey we met I didn't look the camera you know there are expensive products in here something that people definitely will just research and get into you can't really even begin until you've spent some amount of money unless we're just looking at the stars there's gonna be a lot of interest here I think this is a solid one it's not very seasonal very good horseback riding is the next one we've had several people interested in this who have done their site school six my thought on horseback riding is definitely people are gonna spend a ton of money so it's good for that my concern though is that it's a lot of the stuff that people buy they're either taking horseback riding lessons in which case they're gonna probably buy it from Webber you giving lessons or get advice from them or they're gonna go to DnB Supply they're going to go to the tack shop if people who are really into it are gonna go to these specialized online tack shops who maybe have affiliate programs but they also don't really need a tutorial they know what's up sorry I don't know I'm only gonna buy this stuff the fact I shouldn't have rain to decided rate it as high as I did I'm only gonna buy this stuff if I like bought horses right if I just want to go horseback riding trail riding I don't need my own stuff yeah and the majority of people the right horses don't need their own stuff this website this video is to be continued we're going to do ten more niches
