I think my brand could be inspiration information and aspiration you have to engage individuals I'm thinking you might have to engage the whole world but you have to let individuals see you engaging people asking questions following up with the people who are actually giving you support it's about developing your brand and then figuring out who supports you and then constantly networking with people this is really about strategy how things worked for me the individuals who are very instrumental and in getting me to where I am right now because I don't think anybody does anything alone I think that the biggest thing whether in any industry is really knowing who your audience is and being really authentic and true to that I like the authenticity part there about being you are online that the way you are offline social media should really just be a part of a bigger plan like why why do we care about Facebook or YouTube or like what is what are the reasons that we're doing any of these things and then once we know those things then we can figure out what's the best Channel and what's the best voice and messages to be putting out when it comes to negative feedback on social media I try and employ the rule that I'll give a person a couple chances so if you're telling me your opinion and you know you feel strongly about something cool but if you're just reaching out to say hey you're a dick or hey we don't fundamentally agree and I want to argue with you forever and ever and ever I will block you so avoid success avoid failure just be yourself again have fun make mistakes share your mistakes share what you're doing interact with people take time to listen and join in on really fun and interesting conversations social media they're not influencing people for me but impacting people in a positive way foreign
