things for the first I'm gonna start with the first thing which I find a strange about the pixel well this might be a pixel heavy episode I think I think it's okay that it's fixed on heavy hope so depicts the two you know when you have to get your phone out to shazam things yes but so one of the things about sonic fixes you're like getting it out you're like getting the album you don't you know assistant squeeze which like sounds like something you like multiple lawsuits for but what it is the assistant squeeze it's terrible name again like the names unbelievably bad the thesis but I don't know if this is the official name or how it's been referred to and it should stop being referred to as the assistant squeeze yeah so the idea is instead of like tapping or whatever you squeeze your phone and then as with google google assistant in this in this case and well for Siri there's those two things now you can go hey Siri my mind apparently is not working hey City you can just go and set up I am NOT gonna you start it's not using virtual AI assistants until I could squeeze my form to speak to them yeah so another another factor and I thought that this was interesting and it must use the same kind of technologies the face idea is that the Google assistant this may be a thing that people use it for sports it can recognize what your phone is pointed out so if you probably at that it'll go definitely whiskey 100% what is this a Google assistant and you're the assistant go 100% whiskey absolutely whiskey about the percent nothing else that could possibly be in the glass except for whiskey yeah 100% whiskey and sometimes I think it's it's just juice yeah cheers to Google always listening hey what's up next kid okay it's just going on to the just going on to the AG and regards to Western society being chronically sleep-deprived and and the the studies mentioned in this article in The Guardian and I mean talking about body talking about how things you just can't mess with that are like for example do you do you have to what you have to do anytime you go anywhere you have to stay up until a reasonable hour to go to sleep so you let's say you go to Canada yeah so you leave here and like I don't like maybe maybe yeah let's say let's say I leave at noon I would land there around like 2 p.m. or 3 p.m. but for me that's like middle of the night this time but I'm exhausting when I arrive right unless I've slept on a plane but I'm exhausted but you have to push through to like 9 or 10 p.m. so you would stay up that what essentially for dinner pinch yourself you got a plan okay wonderful I really like the I am and people always tell me like if the different you don't just have one body clock you have like almost a mental and a body clock like a brain clock and oh my god and one of the reasons that the air jet lag is so disorienting is because you're you're mentally you can get you you can guess you can work out what time it is where you are much faster than your brain picks upon external signals so the problem isn't your body clock full-stop it's this is out of sync with this so your mind clock is that a single different things in a day time but your body's feeling like it's nice it hasn't caught up with your mind and that's and I find that fascinating super-agent yeah so M this is saw so much stuff on this so one of the one of the movements sleep hygiene movement of things like um it's like your personal hygiene like yeah that would be neutral sleep hygiene that would be the correct use of the term until this week silly names where people just think I'm steep aging like it's no you wouldn't get it yeah he wouldn't get it it's not that so what are we calling sleep hygiene the sleep hygiene movement oh my god what about just likes undisturbed sleep better in the toilet they're talking about this and the importance of like how works so chronically sleep-deprived and the good problems this is having it's gonna like it's gonna be something that we have problems with like four years time cause we like oh we're not smoking we're not binge drinking that much or whatever you know you know we're not we've got a better understanding of things like cholesterol and all this is the thing that's gonna get us that's why the duck yeah that's what you'd adapt it yeah that's what I did oh my god like it yes Western society who will get simple as that this is your basically first first kind of like priority so let's say you were in this in this example you were filming a movie so you've got film movie and then do all the tasks in relation to your absolute number one focus right okay so on the other side it would be let's say you have a secondary focus let's say you are a filmmaker filming a movie and you're also creating a website so that you can get other work and pay for your movies movie so that would be your secondary kind of priority here so you have your min your secondary and then you have like a miscellaneous list or like you know classic way of saying just find the worst way of seeing yeah let's just use that so and so basically it's as simple as that and I'd like if anyone anyone who's struggling with to do this and you're just like oh I need to I just want anything just help me get through the mountain of nonsense that I'm dealing with at the moment this might help you pick the good stuff from the nonsense anyways he just he's like prioritizing he's getting you to take your to-do list and categorize it and then prioritize the categories so that wouldn't be prioritized the actual ratio to actual the category it's yeah it's the ritualistic thing as well as me it's like constantly checking in with what your actual main and priority actually it's I know sometimes it's unclear your brain doesn't really keep these things segment it correctly yes but there's no there's no cure oh there isn't but it is nice to know they got some options out there I really like this one though yeah it's got yeah
