[Music] Hey guys, what I'm going to be going over right now is basically how to set up this time tracking auto template for yourself and your business and your own projects. Now, just a quick overview of how this thing is laid out. we have these big blue horizontal rows and these are basically used to fill out your various projects or your various affiliate sites and whatever. Now, there's a difference in the ones that are set up. As you can see here, there's project business one, project business 2, and project business 3 with two asterisks. The ones with two asterisks basically means you have multiple income streams. So, for example, we could say affiliate sites And these various affiliate sites would be like affiliate site ABC and DEF. Maybe you have XYZ too. We don't have these guys yet. Now for um the projects themselves or the ones without stars. These might be something that have a single income stream like a client for example. So we'll say ABC roofers is one client. And the key differentiator here is you're only getting one stream of income from ABC roofers. You get 2,000 bucks or whatever it is. That's a single stream. But with affiliate sites, you're getting multiple streams of revenue. And it can be broken up as such. So here's how it works. And I'll get into this more in detail in the next video. But basically what you do is, at least for ABC roofers, the time you spent for a project like this might be broken down into various tasks. So we have maybe correspondence and maybe um content and then how about outreach and then how about PPC and then maybe PBN links for example. So these are all different tasks that consume time regarding ABC roofers and we would just jot down. So maybe on Monday I spent 20 minutes talking to the dude on the phone and I did 10 minutes of PPC for him. And then on Wednesday I wrote a bunch of content and uploaded it to his site. And then Thursday I actually did the outreach for that content. So as you can see here very cleanly we you can see that I spent two hours of hardcore work on this guy in this week and maybe the next week looks a little bit different. I spent, you know, 10 um minutes per day on content and uh let's see, maybe you got into uh you built a bunch of PVNs on Friday. So maybe that took an hour and then the dude called you up on Friday, wanted to talk for 90 minutes about this new idea he has. So here's another snapshot. This week I spent three and a third hours on it. But the great thing that we can see over here is uh we basically on average we spend 2.67 hours a week on this client which will come into play later when we see how much this client is worth for us. Now um let's look at affiliate sites in general. Let's say for um affiliate site ABC like we're not really breaking down how much uh how much like the various tasks related to this site are uh are consuming our time but we might just write down here like for site ABC maybe Monday through Friday I worked five minutes on the site and then perhaps the next week I only worked or I didn't even work on site ABC I worked five minutes a day on site DF. Okay. So, what we can see here is just in this um affiliate category, I spent on average um 0.42 hours per week on these guys. Now, let's say you have more businesses and more uh you know more affiliate sites. How can you adjust this? Well, first off, you have more affiliate sites. It's very very simple. You can just fill them out more here. So this one will be site DDD and this will be site EE. Well, what happens if you have more than five? Very easy. Just, you know, control C to copy then insert copied cells. Done. Easy, simple, very easy. Now we have an extra row here. What if we have another project or business? So like uh maybe this one is reserved for uh DEF plumbing. And what if we also have something completely different like uh PPC business or something like that? Let's just copy and insert copy cells and then we'll just put this in here. PPC. The only issue um Excel isn't awesomely smart about this. So we're doing we have a sum feature here. So it's going to sum various totals. So we can see like how much on average time do I spend on Sunday, Monday, Tuesday. uh it's not going to pick up a new project completely. So what we need to do here is we just have this new cell here B30 that we need to make sure is included in the formula and then we just drag a get that formula drag it along and then drag it along here. Done. Completely done. New project. Everything's set up. Ready to rock. Um, and then in the next video, make sure to tune in. You'll see how I apply this to my own business. You'll see where my uh my time syncs are, where my best time value is being spent, and you'll see how this plays into uh when we input actual money into these various projects. [Music]
