we all know SoulCycle for the bikes the hype and the cult-like Ambiance and while SoulCycle is still pedaling along Founders Julia rice and Elizabeth Cutler are changing gears on January 5th they launched the beta version of peoplehood their new Venture centered around something they're calling relational Fitness according to inc.com peoplehood brings members together for 60-minute gathers which are led by instructors or guides during gathers members learn to practice active listening which means verbal responses aren't allowed only physical gestures it may just sound like silent conversation but the main mission for peoplehood runs deeper rice and Cutler are solving for the epidemic of loneliness in the U.S it's only intensified in recent years thanks to covid and virtual communication a health survey conducted in New York City last year found that 57 percent of residents experience loneliness in some capacity peoplehood plans to open a New York City location for in-person gatherers and from there hopes to expand Nationwide in a few years time peoplehood members be like New Soul who dis
