Claude is one of the most powerful AI tools available right now. And most people are using maybe about 10% of what it could actually do. So, in this one video, I want to actually unlock a lot more of Claude for you. So, I want to show you every single Claude feature and I'll start with what's free and then I'll show you what you could unlock if you upgrade to their paid models, all the pricing options, all kinds of different things like new tools including cloud co-work, cloud code, cloud computer use. There is a lot to claude that I think you'll find really beneficial. And if you're an everyday person using AI at your job, not a developer and not a technical person, this video is made for you. Everything I'm going to show you is practical and you could use it right now. Okay. So, the first place I'm going to show you Claude is at the claude.ai website. And on this website, I'm going to show you how to get started with Claude completely for free. This right here is a chatbot. So, claude.ai AI is the chatbot from a company called Anthropic. Claude is also the large language models behind the scene that is powering this chatbot and large language models. Chat GPT is powered by a model called GPT and they have different numbers at the end of them. So claude is actually powered by multiple different AI large language models from again the company anthropic. They are called opus, set and haiku. Those are the three different models. Now, they do change the number next to them all the time as they release new models. As I'm recording this, the very best model that they have in Claude is called Opus 4.6. Sonnet is their middle model and Haiku is the smallest model. Now, for Haiku, if you want a really quick response, you use this one. If you want something for everyday use, Sonnet is probably the best one for that. And OP is going to be the most capable. Now, why would you even touch these models anytime you're talking to cloud? Well, Claude, even the free version is going to be usage based. So, every time you use a better model, it's going to use more credits here and you will eventually run out. Now, inside of Claude, this is where you could ask any type of questions. They give you also some suggestions down here where you could see how these prompts are structured. So, if you've ever talked to any chatbot, this is where you would type in your question. Now the nice thing with Claude is they also gave it internet access. For the first couple years of Claude being launched, it did not have internet access. So it could only answer based on its training data, which was usually out of date. But with the new version of it, it will be able to access the internet whenever the prompt requires it. That is not something you need to turn on in the background. Now, one of my favorite parts about Claude, I think Claude is actually really good at helping you write. I think it has a really nice and neutral tone and it doesn't really sound robotic like some other AI chatbots out there. And you always want to obviously keep your prompt as detailed as possible. So instead of saying write me an email, just give it a little bit more description on what you're looking for. And the sonnet model does a really good job with his tone of voice and is perfect for any type of writing. So if you are using another AI chatbot for writing things, you may want to try Claude here for doing that. The other benefit of Claude, and this is something they recently added, is it gives you a couple options sometimes, especially when it comes to email writing. So in this case, it gave me two different drafts and it puts it in this really nice format. You could copy it from here or you could open up directly in mail, too, or send it directly to Gmail. Now, here's a second option I wanted to show you, which is if you press the plus sign, you're going to get access to a whole lot more option, and I will cover most of these in this video, but I wanted to show you the first one, which is adding files directly from your computer. And I'll upload this long PDF here. Now, this has a lot of functions because this could look into PDFs that are textbased, extract all the text, it could look at images, so if anything that you want to analyze includes a set of images or one image, and it could also analyze data and spreadsheets, too. So, this is obviously one of the most common ways people use AI by having it analyze, recap, summarize, or help you understand any type of document. And Claude is definitely one of my favorite options for that. So, for this next example, I do want to show you the image analysis option. So, I'm going to upload a photo instead of a file. And you could do the same thing with multiple different images, but at first glance, this is just something I found online, but I have no idea what's going on. So, I'm just going to ask it to explain this as simply as possible. Okay, that gave it to me in simple terms here where I could understand it. And then I could ask it to recreate the graph for me. This is one of my favorite options. This could actually generate charts and graphs even if the one you uploaded to it was pretty complex and messy. And it's created this for us. These are actually called artifacts. We'll get to this in a second because you could do a lot with these. But you could see compared to this image, which is just a static image. We now have an interactive chart. And I could hover over all the different parts here and learn more. And I could ask for a different version. For example, if I still found this one too complex, I could copy it, download it. And again, we'll talk about artifacts here in a bit. Now, I also mentioned web search, but you could choose to turn web search on and off depending on your use case. So, sometimes web search is actually something you may not want and you want it to use its own training knowledge to answer you and sometimes you may want to turn that on. By default, it is turned on and I do find it useful, but sometimes when it goes and finds relevant information from a web search and I actually didn't need that, I will go ahead and turn it off. So, I like that this is an option. But if I want really up-to-date information with that being turned on, it will go ahead and find that information for me. So, over time, tools like chat GPT, tools like claude have become a search engine instead of doing typical Google searches. And usually, it gives us a pretty good answer here that's really easy to see at first glance. It gives us a link to where he got that. And if you want to see where it pulled that information, it typically does look through multiple different sources and then it just picks the one that's more appropriate to give you an answer. But again, if you don't see that, that is something that might be turned off in your account. And that is web search here. That is an option to turn on or off. Now, the next one is called artifacts. And this is probably my favorite option that is available for free because Claude could create all kinds of different things for you, including writing things that require code without you knowing how to write code. Creating charts like I showed you, create tables here. And this artifact option is actually nothing that you choose from the plus sign. It's actually right here. You'll click this and you'll see down here something called artifacts. Now, by default, they have some artifacts that Claude has made just to show you some things that are possible. Some things could be really simple like generating a QR code. Artifacts could do that. Something like a little mini app that could help you as your email assistant here. Bittime story generator. So, from time to time, I come in here and I check out what different artifacts are available here. You could also create your own. So, here's one I created here. I started with a pretty simple prompt here and in that it lets you pick from different categories of artifacts you could create as soon as you press new artifact. So they could be little mini apps. They could be productivity tools. Here's a habit tracker I built here for myself. They also could be published. You could share that link. And it lets you just build all kinds of little mini things here that are really, really useful. Technically, what it's doing is writing this type of code in the background, but you never have to look at the code. You could just look at the visual output here and again from here you could publish it or continue this conversation to get something more useful. So artifact and some of the other option claude has makes it really useful for creating things documents structured outputs little mini apps. But if you need to create something more visual like visual designs infographics poster social media graphics that's where today's sponsor Gamma comes in. Gamma just released a brand new option called Gamma Imagine. And the best way I could describe it is this is an AI design partner. So instead of opening up other tools like Canvas, searching for templates, spending 45 minutes trying to figure out what looks good right here with Gamma, you literally describe what you want and it generates visuals for you instantly. So I'm inside of Gamma and I've covered Gamma lots of times because I actually use Gamma to create all my presentations. I've created to make social post. I have different websites I host on Gamma and I've covered them lots of times on this channel. But this new option inside of Gamma Imagine, this is the graphic option. So it's going to ask you what do you want to design. So infographic is something I use all the time. It's great for social post and things like that. It's great for our newsletter. But they have all kinds of different things. You could even design logos, social media post, and things like that. Right now, I'm going to choose infographic for this example. And then it's going to give you some options for the different layouts. So you could do funnels for example, or a flywheel. Okay. Okay. Then in this box, you're going to type in the prompt that you want for your infographics. You could also add a reference. So, I'm going to create a graphic explaining AI automation to business owners. Illustration style. You could hover over them and see which style you like. I actually like this one. And then you could choose how many you want. The aspect ratio. They have lots of different options for that depending on where you're going to post this. And then you could choose between standard and premium quality here. And I'm going to go ahead and send this out. Now, it's going to give you three starting concepts here. So, you could look at which one is the better fit for the type of graphic you want to create. So, I actually like this one more. So, I'm going to click on this one and I'm going to say start with this concept. Now, at this point, you could still make changes here from the output that you get. So, I'm going to ask it to actually change the headline here to where to use AI automations for business. And you send this out. And this will just from a text prompt be able to make changes to your existing design. Now from here you still have lots of different options. For example, if you had a background, you could remove it. You could erase parts of it. You could resize it for different platforms and you could see the different aspect ratio in one click that this could be resized for. And obviously you could download it here. You could use it in presentations. Now I showed you the infographic example, but you could create posters, social graphics, logos, and a lot more. And Gamma used to help me make presentations. Now you could generate visuals and graphics directly from ideas. Is basically like having an AI design partner. Now Gamma Imagine is available for free to all Gamma users until April 17th. So if you are already a Gamma users, it's waiting for you right now. I'll include a link in the description so you could try it out for yourself. Now the next option I want to show you inside of Claude. One of my favorites actually came out well before this option was available in any other AI chatbot like chat GPT is called projects. So let me go ahead and create a new project to show you exactly how it works. So with project first you give it a name and then you give a description on what you're trying to achieve and then you could go ahead and create that project. Projects do a few different things. First they keep all your chats organized inside of one folder. So that's at the very high level. I think of projects as folders. The next thing they allow you to do is they allow you to have memory that is project only memory. It can also have its own set of instructions. Projects have instructions to customize them at the level of this project. So different projects could have different instructions. Now you could choose to fill this out or not depending on what you're using a project for. If you're using it just as organization, the memory is useful enough and the fact that everything is in one folder makes it really useful too. And you could also give your projects different files. This is again one of my favorite options because let's say you are creating a project where you have a set of resources you want to be pulled in for that project instead of uploading those as PDFs analyzing them. Well, you add them right over here. Now, they have something called a team's plan inside a claude where you could actually share these projects too. So someone could organize all the files, all the instructions that's needed, self-contained memory of the project, and all the chats could be sharable inside of that project with the team's plan. And I've actually covered clog projects in much more detail. So I won't show you a full example here, but I'll put more resources in the description to see how projects work. But usually, you want to think of all the things you do in your business when you're using Claude in separate projects and organize them the best you can. This is something I actually use a lot more in chat GPT just because I've have a lot of projects built there, but it functions the same exact way inside of Claude. Okay, next, let me go to my settings here. So on your profile, you could click this option to go to settings. And they have something here called connector. So allow claw to reference other apps and services to get more context. So, I have a lot of information that our company uses that's stored and really nicely organized inside of our Google Drive. You could also connect your Gmail here, your Google calendar, and make Claude a whole lot more useful. But if I wanted to connect this to my Google Drive, I could just click this option. I could give it to all the permissions here to download things from my Google Drive, to be able to edit and delete files from my Google Drive. And now my Google Drive is connected. So I could have any type of interactions with files like Google Sheets and Google Docs inside of Google Drive. Now these connectors come in handy with other things we're going to cover like things you could do with Claude Co-work for example. And I'm going to click on browse connectors too. They have a lot of connectors. So, I just showed you a few here on that page, but if you scroll down, pretty much every single app that most people use is going to be available here and you could connect to it, including things like Asana, Granola, which I covered in a recent video, Gamma, which we just talked about. They have a connector for that. So, this makes it really, really useful with using connectors and giving a lot more context and ability here inside of cloud. Next thing I wanted to show you is memory. So cloud has a memory system. Over time, Cloud will remember things about you from past conversations. This is separate than the memory I showed you that are contained inside of projects. This is accountwide. So this will remember things like your job, your preferences, how you like to communicate. And it's this option right here under privacy is called memory preference. So you can manage it from here. So right here, allow cloth to search for relevant details from past chat. This is something I highly recommend you turn on here. It makes Clot so much more useful to be able to know more context about you over time. Generate memories from chat history. Allow clot to remember relevant contexts from your chats. This setting controls memory for both chats and projects. So, this is something I recommend you turn on. And I recently made a video about actually importing memory from other AI providers. I took all the memory that I had from chat GPT and I actually imported them here inside of Claude and made my claude account so much more useful because I was using chat GPT a whole lot more. Now, let me show you this option right here called styles. So, styles allow claw to write in a specific way. So, I typically have it on normal, but you could choose these other styles. So if you want to learn something or you wanted to have it write in a more learning style, you could change that. If you really like direct answer, this concise option is really good. Now let me show you how to create these because you could actually create these style on this page here. I could customize these different styles. So even the presets one could be customized, but I have one for YouTube video scripts here and you could create your own. So let me go ahead and press custom style here. And then you could give it a writing sample and it will be able to figure out how you like to write or you could go ahead and describe it here with text. And then after you upload and paste it, it's going to go ahead and analyze that writing style here. And then it's going to give you a style summary. So deliver accessible, practical guidance with an encouraging tone that empowers everyday users to master powerful tools. Again, that's something based on the writing that I pasted into this one. So, if I click on educational content here, it's going to use this style and it's going to show me what educational content in this style is going to look like. And then I could go through it and see if it's good. If it's not good, I could go ahead and make any kind of changes or I could press use style here and it's going to pull that style into my chat. Again, you could change these styles anytime. This is called a practical guide. You could create new ones. You could use the ones they have. Comes in really handy for writing. And if you end up liking Claude more than any other tool, maybe you like it more than chat and Gemini, this is one of the reasons that you may want to continue to use it because you could customize it per conversation. Claude also has the ability to do research. Now, this is beyond web search. This research mode works a little bit differently than what a typical web search mode works like. So, a lot of tools call this deep research. And I'll show you a quick example of this. And while that's going to work here, you could also use connectors that I showed you earlier. You could combine those with different tools like the drive search. This will do the deep research it's doing already by searching different links on the web here, but you could also get it to search things inside of your Google Drive, especially if you have research relevant to this topic. This could be turned on or off. And the tool access could also be changed from this menu right here, which I got to from the plus sign. And in this case, it took about eight minutes. It went through 264 sources of information here. And you could kind of see the sources if you really wanted to dig in. And it created this document for us, which was comparing the different AI models available for business research here. And I asked it for table format and all kinds of different things that it created for us, including a conclusion. Okay, at this point, let me actually switch to things that required the paid option here. So, if you have the yearly option here for $17 a month, again, build annually, you could get something called Claude Pro and they have something called Claude Max. Let me just show you the monthly options here. So, that's $20 a month and this starts at a 100. Now, this is based on usage and a lot of the things I'm going to show you including claude co-work or claude code are most of the time are going to require this even though you'll get things like claude code and co-work with this lower model because it will use credits and you may run out. This is why they've introduced this one. They also have a team and enterprise plan and this is useful if you have more than one person because these typically require multiple people. This one is 5 to 150 users. This is 20 plus users. Now the first thing that unlocks which is the next on my list here is something called Opus. Now Claude Opus is the most capable model. It is by far the best coding model available. So if you make any of those artifacts those little mini apps for example or when we're going to use other models like claude code that is powered most of the time by claude opus. Now along that I want to also introduce you to this thing called extended thinking. So extended thinking is something you could turn on and off based on which model you're using. So you can use the lower model sonnet and turn on extended thinking. For the very best possible result, you will turn on ops with extended thinking and that will give you the very best possible result when it comes to using clot. You're not going to get a better response than if you combine those two things. Now what does extended thinking do? Well, thinking models reason in the background. They basically run through a lot of different scenarios and they kind of think. So you don't want to turn this on all the time. You want to save this for the harder problems where you're willing to wait and then he will try to reason through that problem and give you the best step-by-step solution. So if I wanted to use this as my partner to help me with marketing and I wanted really unique marketing angles, I will use the best model and I will turn on thinking here and I'll let it go to work. Now the reason why this has a lot of context is because again I've imported memory, I've given it an access to memory. It has a lot of context just at the account level here. So this is going to go to work and this is going to give me some really useful results here. Now after about a minute, this gave me some really unique angles that through my normal conversation with chat GPT with Claude I wasn't able to get before and that's because first my prompt did ask for something unique. So I did change the prompt slightly than just asking for traditional marketing because that usually gives you the most basic things. And then I did turn on the best model with extended thinking here to get something that took a little bit of time but it was worth it. And then I could again back and forth explore more here. Okay. Now let's go to the next section of this. I'm going to click this download icon here. And there's lots of different things you could do with Claude. And they release new things all the time. So definitely come to this page to see what's available. But if you do use Microsoft Office, they do have this available inside of Excel and PowerPoint. They have something called Co-work, Claude Code, and they have mobile apps. They have something that could work inside of Chrome as well. What I want to show you next is called Co-work. This does require at least that pro plan that I showed you, the $20 a month plan, and it does require you to download a desktop app because it will interact with files and create files on your own computer. Now, once you do download the app, and it's available for both Mac and PC. I'm using it on a Mac here. You'll see chat. So, everything I showed you up to this point is the exact same thing here. You could just use it on the desktop version. But on top, you'll see two new options, co-work. So, if I go to co-work now, what exactly does this do? Well, claude co-work is something that could do work for you. regular claude is something that you could chat with, ideulate with, help you write. This creates so that's the simplest way I could think of it and it works really in a simple way. The first thing you do is you press this option right here and you create a folder on your computer here and you give it access to that folder. Now, at that point, that project only has access to that one folder. What you do next is include files you want it to be able to find and analyze or explore using that folder. So I've done that and then it will be able to not only analyze and use those files but also create new files in that folder. So you could even start with an empty folder. Once you do that you could again choose a different model for more complex task and use the opest model. Then you could press the plus sign and use things called skills. You could use connectors, which we talked about before, and plugins, which are really useful for Claude Co-work. I won't get into that just yet. I just want to show you one example with Claude Co-work that I found super impressive. So, I added this prompt here, which by the way, I asked Claude chat here to give me the prompt for Claude Co-work. After I described to it what I was looking for, it created this prompt. I copied and paste from chat into co-work here and I basically asked it to create an entire marketing campaign for launching a product and I mean an entire marketing campaign which has a lot of different pieces. So this went to work here and after a little bit it created all kinds of different files and you could see that over here all these different files were created and it created that inside of this empty folder I created on my desktop. So just to show you, he created brand guidelines for me, which was a text document on how this brand should look. Then he created competitive analysis for me. He created different images and things I could post online. He created an entire ad and SEO strategy. He wrote entire ready to post blog post in PDF format. He has an entire email campaign here for us. He even created an entire landing page for what this website could look like. A really nice looking slideshow. So all that was created literally by a single prompt. That is claude co-work. It is no longer something you chat with. It's something you give a task to and it creates everything for you. Now the way Claude co-work becomes even more powerful is if you give it skills. Now, skills are also available in Claude, the regular chatbot, which I didn't show you, but if you go to the customize tab of Claude, you could also go ahead and create skills. So, let me go to manage skills here because I really find them specifically useful for Claude co-work. So, for example, you could see all these different things here. So, theme factory, these are sometimes markdown files. They're called empty files or text files here. and they give Claude an ability that he doesn't have off the shelf. And any of these you could turn on right here and Claude will be able to use those in co-work in chat if they are enabled. Makes Claude a lot more useful. There are entire libraries about it. I'm making an entire Claude skills video coming up and I cover that in other videos like my Claude co-work video. But these are something you could press the plus sign and you could go ahead and create them. You could write them yourselves. You could upload skills you find on the internet, which there are marketplaces for, and you could create them. Again, something I want to save for, but it's almost like giving it access to something he wouldn't know otherwise how to do. You're giving it more abilities. It's really simple as that. Now, for all the tools that I've used in the last three, four years of using AI on a daily basis, Claude Co-work is now my favorite. I could definitely say that without a shadow of a doubt. It has solved some huge problems in our business that we were not able to solve before. It's been able to do analysis on things that we couldn't analyze by hand because there was too much data and give us a really solid report. Ton of different things and I made about a 30 minute video here on YouTube all about claw co-work. So I won't go too far into it since this video is getting pretty long, but I definitely recommend you check that out after you watch this video. And that brings us to claude code. So what is claude code exactly? Well, claude chat lets you chat. It helps you be a writing partner, an idea partner. Claude code will do the work for you. And Claude Code will create things. Now, it has the word code in it, which means it's really good at coding. And Anthropic, the company that makes Claude, is the best coding model available out there, the Opus model specifically. And this works in a similar way where you choose a folder on your computer and it's able to write code on that folder on your computer and create things. Now this could do a lot more than what I showed you inside of Claude with artifacts. This could create entire really fancy elaborate websites, elaborate full functioning apps with AI. So I'll show you one quick example here. I use this really simple prompt here to build a landing page for a marketing agency. And if I click on preview here, in a little back and forth with Claude, it generated this entire website for me. That looks really, really nice and high-end here and is fully mobile optimized and you could easily make any changes to it that you want. In another example, I actually asked it to build a web app that fetches practical news. And then I also did gave it access to one of those skills I mentioned earlier called claw.md. And that was able to create something even nicer for us. And it was able to create this entire web app here that fetches the latest AI news for us that I could copy and paste again from all kinds of different sources and for YouTube and for social and it gives us ton of different ideas. So this is a full app that I could share with my team here and it created that on a folder on my computer. Now again claude code I made about a 30 minute video again free on YouTube about everything you could do and exactly how I created that website exactly how I created that app. So I'll link that in the description as well. So all the resources that I've mentioned so far because I made a lot of different Claude videos they will also be included in the description below the video too. And the latest update is something called computer use. This is available for prom max user where claude could actually do stuff on your computer on your behalf. So yes, with co-work files inside of a folder. Well, this goes beyond that, a lot more beyond that. This is one of the most wild updates that's been released in the world of AI. And this is the video I'm working on right now. So that's going to be published as soon as it is ready. And I'm also making really good progress on a full course over at Skillap AI, which is our learning platform where we have really in-depth courses on the top AI tools. Right now, we have about 30 courses and you get access to all our courses. We also have a 7-day free trial to make sure it's a good fit for you. There, I cover everything in much more step by step with practical downloadable resources, a community where you could ask us question, and we release a new course pretty much every month, and you get access to that with your subscription. So, I'll put a link to that in the description along with everything else.
