law of attraction if you haven't watched that video check it out and this app every morning I start my day off with some sort of lesson for the day so this one says all stress begins with one negative thought one thought that went unchecked and then more thoughts came and more until stress manifested the effect is stressed but the cause is negative thinking and it all began with one little negative thought no matter what you might have manifested you can change it with one small positive thought and then another and the next one is the affirmations app it's really simple every single day there's just a new affirmation in here so I am independent strong and smart and I read it in the morning to set my day off on the right but and the final one is insight timer and it's a timer specifically set up for meditation this is what I use every single day to do my 20 minute meditations and you can check off which kind of like sound effects you want to have and if you don't have a meditation practice there's tons of guided meditations in here as well for all different kinds of things stress anxiety sleep work relationships etc for business I absolutely am obsessed with mojo it allows you to make really cool Instagram stories in a matter of seconds so it has all these different templates you can use to make your stories look more interesting and engaging and it's literally the click of a button so you open up the template you add in at the story you want to use and you save it and then you can upload it to your Instagram stories just like that so pretty cool and convenient and then the next one is slack which I use every single day to talk to my entire team we have all these different channels in here this is how my team that works all around the world communicates on a daily basis and we built our entire culture the next one is asana which I check all day every day you can see I'm filming today and it has everything else that I need to do in here on a daily basis it's all of my tasks if you watch my how I plan my week video you know how much I rely on this and how I plan my day as well as the Google Drive app which is vital to me and I use it every single day right now I have all my scripts and actually the script for this video with all the notes that I want to include in it so it's easy access and I can access everything for our company all the documents are inside of Google Drive and it's also where I house a lot of our program materials and contracts and everything but cannot live without that and then the final one is LastPass because I am an extremely forgetful person and LastPass stores all of your passwords in in this app and basically you can use this to auto populate your passwords on anything that you need it for so use this on desktop and on mobile for YouTube every single day and every time to make a new video I use two apps and I can't live without them keywords everywhere which helps me find the search volume for every single topic I possibly want to make a video on it only works on desktop so I'm just pulling up with my phone here but I use it on my desktop basically every day and then the other one is something I talk about a lot which is to buddy and this is the two buddy mobile app and I'm checking it constantly to check in with how my videos doing looking at the comments and engaging with the comments and then also just checking in real time my subscriber count' so those are the two apps for YouTube that I absolutely cannot live without for lifestyle first app I can't without is called trainer eyes and it includes all of my daily workout plans so I can do my workouts from anywhere especially when I'm traveling so it's key to staying fit and staying consistent with my workouts the next one is really cool and something I just recently discovered and it's called fitter woman and it was actually the app and made by the same people from what I understand that helped the u.s. women's national soccer team win the World Cup and it's based around a woman's cycle so basically it takes you through eat where you are and which phase you're in and what kind of workouts you should be doing and what kind of food you should be eating based on that phase of your cycle so this is huge and I use this with my trainer eyes to figure out what kind of workouts I should be doing and how I should be eating to optimize my mental and physical state to always stay healthy and then the next one is hold about what I eat and because I'm a vegetarian I love happy cow and this basically shows me anywhere in the world where closeby vegan vegetarian or just bad vegetarian options are and where I can eat in that area and it's so up-to-date and there's so many different options so it makes it really easy to find yummy places to eat that fit the way that I eat as well next one is uber eats obviously because I am oftentimes not wanting to cook so I will just use your breeds to order in food whether it's for lunch or for dinner then a super easy and then the final one is Spotify so I have a playlist on here called workout and you can actually follow this playlist but this is the workout playlist I listen to every single time I'm in the gym and I'm constantly adding to it with my favorite songs that motivate me and pump me up especially when I'm working out in a now you know the apps that I can't live without
