Fish In A Tree Book Review

Are you guys enjoying your spring break so far? Well I definitely am because I finished another book! And you know me. I love to read books whenever I have free time! And the book I will be sharing is called Fish in a Tree and the author is Lynda Mullaly Hunt. And the main character in this book has something called dyslexia. And I'm sure that you guys probably want to find out what that is. So just hang in there I'll be right back! Welcome back everyone! And now back to this book... the main character is named Ally Nickerson. And at the starting of this book it turns out that Ally is not that good of a student because she is always being sent to Mrs. Silver who is the principle of Ally's school. And Ally's homeroom teacher had to leave the school because she was going to have a baby. So what the class did was they all were supposed to give the teacher some gifts the day she was going to leave. And all the kids were really sad that it was almost the teachers last day, but Ally on the other hand was not sad at all, but she still wanted to give a card to her teacher for the teacher to think that Ally is a good kid after all. Well let's see about that Ms. Nickerson. So when the day came where all the kids had to give the teacher their gifts Ally walked in the classroom seeing that the teacher was full of joy looking at all those warm hearted things. So when Ally unpacked she went over and handed the teacher her card. Then suddenly Ally noticed that the teacher's mood went all the way down. :( She was curious why but didn't care to ask. And later on in the day Ally found out some pretty bad news from the principle. Instead of giving the teacher a thank you card she gave her a sympathy card. Yes you heard me Ally gave the teacher a card which you give to people when someone they love dies.
