Vedic Mathematics Multiply by 9 Trick 1

[Music] dear friends I hope you guys are enjoying my raising mathematics series so far and in this week's video we'll be learning how to multiply any number by any number of nuns and if you use this strategy it will only take you about 2 to 3 seconds so stay tuned to learn this amazing trick [Music] so let's start off with a multiplication problem hello we till 23 times 99 so there are multiple ways in solving this problem and many people are doing a traditional method and this is how you would write it you would do 23 times 99 you write it like that and then you would do it 10 times 9 that's 27 you carry on the tail and then you do 9 times 2 and don't forget to add the 2 and that equals 20 and then you earn a 0 right under the 7 and you go to 3 times 9 then that equals 27 and you already have a 2 there so 2 times 9 that equals 18 and then you add the 2 and that equals 20 and then the second step is you have to add these two numbers and that gets you to 2177 so that would be your answer for this problem but well how much time did that take about like 78 seconds right well if you use this strategy you'll maybe do it in about like five to six seconds so we do this strategy so step number one is we have to subtract 1 from 23 and that equals 22 then our second step is more this step actually applies a rule the rule is all from nine and then last from 10 so this would be your rule so what we're gonna do is we're gonna subtract all of these numbers from 9 but the last one from 10 so that's how you you would write it so now what we have to do it is 9 minus 2 and that equals 7 and then we have to do 10 minus 3 and that also equals 7 and guess what guys we have our answer the answer of 23 times 99 is 2277 and we got the same answer when we do the traditional method but this strategy took less time now how do we do a three digit number now multiplied by triple nine so how will we do 327 times 999 so first step is we have to subtract 1 from 327 and that would equal 3 to 6 and then the second step is we have to do the rule so the rule is we have to do all from 9 mass from 10 so we're gonna subtract all these numbers we're gonna do 9 minus 3 and that would equal 6 and then we do 9 minus 2 and that would equal 7 and then finally 10 minus 7 that would equal 3 and this is their answer 3 2 6 6 7 3 is the answer of 327 multiplied by triple 9 now how will we do Oh like a really big numbers now how about we do 300 oh sorry how do we do like how can I write this bigger for you guys so you can see better hmm let's write it like that so 300 um jul 4 5 6 and then 1 so how many does this is that so that's 5 digits right so now we have to multiply not with five nines so definitely scare you if you're gonna use a traditional method but if you use this strategy you'll be done in about two to three seconds so let's do that not strategy so what's our first step guys well our first step is we don't have to subtract one from three four five six one so that equals three four five six zero so now our second step is we have to subtract all from nine and last time ten so we're gonna subtract all these immerser 9 and this one from 10 okay so that's good um going so how will we do it 9 minus 3 + 90 + 6 let me do 9 minus 4 90 + 5 9 minus five ninety plus 4 9 minus 6 that equals three and finally 10 minus 1 and that equals nine and this is a huge number and isn't you stirred it the traditional method for this problem it would take you forever and there's like a 99% chance that you will mess up but this one it's simples of subtraction so probably you won't mess up at all so this is our answer three four five six zero six five four three nine wasn't that so simple well if you guys want to solve any number multiplied by any number of nines you should always use this strategy and this is notice in this video then I only like showed you guys like a two-digit number multiplied by two nines or a three-digit number multiplied by three Knights well in my next video I'll be showing you guys trick number two and how to solve look at the religion number multiplied by four Knights or a four-digit number multiplied by five ninths well if you guys have not subscribed yet please do subscribe and give this video a big thumbs up and maybe some of your friends need help and doing some math well why don't you share this video with them I bet they will learn a lot and doing this strategy well bye guys and have fun [Music] you [Music]
