hey everyone today i will be reviewing the fifth book in the fun jungle series written by stewart gibbs and it is called lion down this book was very suspenseful and i really enjoyed reading it but before we get into this book please don't forget to subscribe to npstation and click on that notification bell so you can get regular updates when i post a new video and don't forget to give this video a big thumbs up now let's get into this phenomenal book [Music] welcome back to np station teddy fitzroy and summer mccracken are in fanjangle's penguin exhibit as this book begins apparently there's this company called the zoom cooperation and they build fish cannons which are supposed to shoot fish at very high speeds so in addition fanjangle receives one of these cannons to try out with their penguins now um that's why teddy and summer are in the penguin exhibit to help with the first attempt with these cannons so everything is going great so far with the penguins and the fish cannons however only after a few minutes the fish launcher goes haywire and it starts to shoot fish at very high speeds so teddy summer and the penguins are getting shot by these fish until teddy falls into the ice cold river that was made for the penguins at the zoo and he is doomed but this is actually another reason why you should read this novel because this moment was so fun and entertaining to read this book's central plot revolves around a lion which lives near fun jungle and it is being accused of killing a renowned dog named king now the dog's owner lincoln stone who is a famous radio host starts on a crusade to have this line labeled a nuisance so it can be killed lincoln stone also states on the news that anyone who finds and kills this lion will be granted hundreds of dollars in reward and of course teddy is drawn into this investigation in addition to summer and after a little investigation at the crime scene both of them think that this line has been framed so a animal rights activist character in this book asked teddy and summer to prove their idea because it sounded a little bit over the top in this novel there are a lot of bizarre events that take place for example around the end of this book teddy was taking a walk outside of the park and he spots a silhouette of a man on top of one of funjungo's planned or upcoming rides so he is also armed with a gun now teddy starts toward the man trying to find him away off of fanchunga's property because he gets to know that this man is trying to kill the mountain lion and in addition to catching the man teddy is trying to get the mountain lion to flee so that she will not be shot so in result teddy ends up falling into the raft rides river because he is trying to catch the man who was going to shoot at the lion and even though it's merely a raft ride the current was still very powerful in certain places so it made it very difficult for teddy to get out of the river now something very frightening happens to chatty at the end which i will leave for you guys to read for yourself trust me you all will love this book as much as i did so please do read this book if you can but that is all for today's book review if you enjoyed it don't forget to give this video a big thumbs up and please do subscribe to np station that's all for today keep reading keep coding and stay safe [Music] you
