I spent this CES talking to myself. Except it's not me, it's my My Persona, an AI clone based on my appearance, voice, and writing. Companies can use these AI mimics to save their real staff from answering the same questions all day, whether it's the first line of customer service or a convenient way to answer repetitive HR queries. It's essentially just putting a familiar face on a chatbot. Though CEO Eric Vorn only sees that as a start, suggesting people could one day send a My Persona to chat to elderly relatives on their behalf, for example.
