Indebted is a software company that operates in the account receivables management space and we uh service a range of clients in more than 10 countries in the world. So customer service is at the core of what we do and generative AI has really allowed us to accelerate and improve the way that we do customer service at indebted. The implementation of Amazon Nova on top of bedrock has made the development process an absolute dream and it's integrated with all the other AWS services and really helped us develop at the speed that we have been. The features within bedrock that allows us to manage security as well as the guardrail features has been instrumental to our implementation for our use case with respect to responding to customers. We found that Amazon Nova has been able to deliver the same impact and the same results with uh significant cost reduction of more than 30%. If it was a situation where we didn't have integrated environment, we didn't have the guard raise and we didn't have the additional tooling that was already available in the framework of Bedrock, the development time would have been much longer. We wouldn't be able to prototype. We wouldn't be able to run PC's that could demonstrate uh evidence that the project was going to deliver enterprise value. So the entire framework along with Nova City on top being a costefficient model has really allowed us to be able to build the solution out the way we wanted and also be able to justify this particular use case to our board to be able to deliver um the changes and the implementation a lot sooner as well.
