sapling is the beautiful not pickle um it is nature's perfect creation don't forget about the feet wow wow so last time we were playing um i believe we got all of our friends killed off which was no good they make a lot of noises too but don't be afraid friends do not fear for the not pickle is strictly uh an herbivore so it will not eat you although that's not to say that the not pickle has never killed another creature because it has so maybe you should be afraid but at least i won't eat you yeah unless you're a plant then you better watch out like these weird mangoes over here there's just nothing better than the way he uses his long arms to reach up and grab the mango oh you know karen are kind of related to giraffes in some way um and that's kind of how the giraffe evolved right it grew its neck longer and longer over many uh hundreds of thousands of years until it could reach the tallest leaves so maybe that's what happened here but instead of a long neck we're getting some long arms [Applause] um so i kind of want to change our creature we don't have a lot of money so and by money i mean evolution points so let's just grab some buddies we're not gonna mess around with some things done like um i got snail some new food and i'm really happy because he likes it a lot uh snail actually he has some both of my cats have some health issues um snail has some like digestive problems so he has to eat special food and the kind of food he can eat is very limited um he didn't really like his other food very much so i got him some new food yesterday and he likes a lot so i'm very happy because now he can eat eat well and grow um not fat but you know he could stand to put some weight on becoming a fluffy healthy boy so yeah it's very nice i was very happy yesterday because he is eating a lot of food and it's just i don't it's like kind of hard when both of your cats like you know because clover is so old and then snail has his digestive issues so they both don't eat very much which i like you know you want them to eat well and be strong and healthy um so yeah i made me very happy to see snail eating eating lots of foods yeah pet food is really hard to get right especially when um the kind of food they eat are limited like they're both on special diets you know so yeah like snail has to eat just eat like alternative protein sources uh because he's allergic to a lot of food so it's just hard and cats are notoriously picky which is understandable i am probably a little bit picky too yeah one of my cats is named snail because he's shaped like a snail your old guy needed special low protein food yeah i think that's similar to what clover is on he's on like um like a kidney diet uh because most old cats will develop kidney disease um it's quite unfortunate but luckily it can be managed very easily um with uh i also give him uh subcutaneous fluids this is just the stream where fauna talks about her cats and her cat's medical care yeah clover against sub-q fluids and he eats a special diet um to combat his his kidney disease which most old cats will develop at some point is kind of just a thing with cats they like do not drink enough water so that's why it can be good to give them a fountain if they like to drink from a fountain yeah it's like fluid just below the skin it's kind of scary but like had some have really loose skin and they have a space below their skin so you can just like it's like the same fluid that's in like an iv bag and you can do it at home you can just give them a little a little injection and yeah that will help them hydrate subcutaneously often abbreviated as sd centers deep voice your cats love the fountain yeah yeah mine mine do as well yeah they just don't like to drink water it's also why it's good to feed them wet food if they like wet food because they can get a little bit of water through there anyway anyway cats cats your cat showers under the fountain yeah clover does that sometimes sometimes he just sticks his whole head in there no no i don't inject food into the cats i inject a fluids into one cat yeah it's actually very easy to do injections for cats um because they don't have you can inject it like uh well i don't know about other injections but for the fluids it's like right on their back like kind of behind their neck because they have a lot of skin there and not a lot of nerve endings so it's quite easy and yeah clover doesn't mind at all he's he's a good boy yeah they don't even feel it yeah they're scruff they're scruff see um if your vet ever tells you that if you're ever caring for an old cat um don't be intimidated i was pretty scared the first time i did it but uh you'll get the hang of it fast and your cat probably won't mind you will definitely make
