know the story pricing structure for ranking rent or just share a video where you talked about it to respect your time thank you um I talked about it but I don't remember talking about it in a specific video but um how you price Rank and rent is you pretty much take so search volume multiplied by click-through rate multiply that by um conversion rate and then you multiply that by deal size and then you multiply that by a margin that you have to set which is industry based um and then you give them 50% of that so if that makes sense so for example uh physiotherapy East Vancouver search volume is search volume is like 300 Searchers a month at number one you maybe get 30% of that so that's 90 clicks a month at maybe 5% booking you get uh what's 5% of 90 that's like five people um roughly five let's just say five for the uh ease five bookings LTV of a client is roughly 1K because they use insurance so five clients 1K 5K a month in bookings and their margins they probably gross margins are at like 50% so 5K divid by two is 2.5k and then at on 2.5k you give them a margin on top because they need to make money right so you just be like all right at 2.5k I'll get we'll charge need to do is you need to keep the client happy for a while so that's it it works very well very very well how would you target a local photo studio Rank and red or straight work on their site I probably do a rank and red why not both what types of links should I get a new ranking what go for tier ones yes definitely tier ones um so try doing like Niche edits build your own if you can if not
