The theories of Five Emotions and Seven Emotions as causes of disease are well known. However, less discussed is how these emotions can be regarded as vital human resources, which, when harnessed in a positive manner, can enhance our quality of life. Instead of feeling frustrated, fatigued and irritable, what if this same energy could provide us with creativity, dynamic energy, effectiveness and flexibility.
