Lost everything. 24-27 yrs old: Worked at a nuclear power plant. Stable paycheck. Everyone told me to stay. 27-28 yrs old: Left the power plant to get my real estate license. No degree. No money. No credibility. People told me I was crazy. I used their doubt as fuel. 28-29 yrs old: Sold 50+ homes in my first 18 months. Made six figures my first year in the worst market in Connecticut's history (2012). 30-32 yrs old: Built a real estate team. Started as an 8-10 person "family team" learned the hard way that doesn't scale. 32-34 yrs old: Became one of the first agents to go all-in on social media and video. Used Facebook Live to win listings while everyone else was still running newspaper ads. Started speaking on major industry stages. 34 yrs old: Co-founded The One Team at William Raveis. Built it into the region's exclusive Zillow growth partner. Started a weekly radio show reaching Connecticut locals. 37 yrs old: Co-founded BAM (nowbam.com) with Eric Simon aka The Broke Agent.
