LinkedIn's new algorithm actually favors smaller accounts

Diandra Escobar · Beginner ·📣 Digital Marketing & Growth ·3w ago
LinkedIn's new algorithm ran A/B tests before rolling out, and smaller accounts came out on top. A top 10% post from someone with 5-10K followers now pulls around 5,500 impressions. A medium post from an account with 25-50K followers gets 2,400. Execution beats audience size now. The old system rewarded whoever already had the most. The new one rewards whoever shows up with the best content, which makes this the best window to start posting since the 2022 boom.
