The LinkedIn advice you're following is two years out of date
LinkedIn scrapped their entire algorithm and rebuilt it from scratch. The old system was a committee of modules tracking hashtags, trending topics, and early engagement velocity. That's gone. It's now a single AI model with 150 billion parameters, trained entirely on LinkedIn's own data.
The new system doesn't match keywords. It reads meaning, deciding whether your post actually belongs in front of a specific person based on everything it knows about them. If you're still posting like it's 2022, you're operating on the wrong map.
