can hold their breath for three to five minutes like before you die which is for fun I don't know if I would recommend that that's too long have a very weak safely me too don't worry you pass out until you pass out and then you start breathing automatically hmm you can practice and get better at it I don't know it just seems like I don't know I feel like if that's your hobby you should maybe consider a different one is it good for your brain to just periodically hold your breath for fun I don't know I'm just starving your brain of oxygen for fun I guess yeah it increases lung capacity I
