Appling 3 Amigos is a complementary practice in Agile using discussion to understand an item of work from the perspective of the Business, Test & Delivery. In this particular example, we use the 3 Amigos to understand if a Product Backlog Item is ready to be worked on during a Sprint and delivered as part of the Sprint Backlog.
