Full Transcript
what are signs that you're burnt out versus just like working a lot and tired the one that I see the most is adaptability goes down really fast I usually immediately bring up and like look like your openness to change in the business or trying new things has shifted from oh here are the flags that we should be aware of but let's give it a shot to why are we wasting our time let's not do this and if you're losing that it's probably not because you gotten mad at it right it's probably because you're just over it where you're like I just don't want to deal with the BS around this I want to go do the thing that makes my job easier I think that's like a pretty good signal that like they may be more burnout than just exhaustion because if if anything I see the opposite for people that are exhausted where like they get re-motivated by new stuff by opportunities to go do something different
