uh before learning data science basically firstly I did my MCA and then I was teaching in the college data science and then uh success is the journey not an overnight event what he said is this sure I will try if I could help someone but definitely this requires courage and hard But now lot of dedication and then finally I got an interview call and in my first interview perseverance and patience challenges are something a part of the process towards the dream whatever we want to achieve. [Music] [Music] married women, family, friends. Fore [Music] data scientist full career starts because commitment. Marriage family pressure. So particular background because in the video already she's from north but so she was really willing to learn really faster transition particular full video. [Music] Soap and [Music] what is it something that you were inspired from the story last last month June 14 last month But she initially she was saying what he said is this. Sure I will try if I could help someone. spirit because just 30 seconds 8 hours 30 seconds. But I was willing to embrace that new challenge and come to this particular stage. particular position. Try to embrace so that it is you are going to grow. 20 to 25 people experienced people. I'll give you the platform. Okay, fine. Let me try. try to embrace because in the particular channel inspiring stories every Saturday. Every Sunday evening particular business Definitely we have lot of trained validated resources in house. We are having good talented resource. We would deserve a like comment section. foreign. So without any delay, she's from north. So now so that you will all understand. So yeah. So first question before learning data sense let's see before learning data science basically firstly I did my MCA and then I was teaching in a college and I was teaching to students of MSE and PGDCA so it was fine like my career was okay. Then I got married and after marriage also I worked for uh one and a half year when my daughter came into my life. Then I joined a school and there I felt like I was just making her do child labor because it was a day boarding school and for the whole day she was spending time with me and and in the evening uh like it was very bad time because she was feeling tired and I was not liking it at all. So I just took a break for long 10 years and uh then definitely I was taking care of my kids, spending time with my family. It was a great time but something was missing in my life and because I was not uh financially independent and basically after studying so much I was not doing anything. So there was a hollow space somewhere. So I decided to do something. Okay. She was working as a lecturer. She was just going and joining there and completely back to back. She wanted to take a break. So the break financial instability pressure, financial pressure. Second question. 11 years the first step what is your inspiration let's see what is exactly saying after dedicating a decade to my family I was feeling like I should step back now and should start my career once Then basically there were multiple factors uh which were the basic reasons for this like financial stability. Basically like these days basically there are so much expenses of kids like their educational needs and associated uh expenses were uh definitely were growing. So I thought that I should support my husband like he was the only person who was working in among us. So I decided to emotionally and financially support him and definitely like self identity and uh confidence level also increases with these things and I took COVID 19 as an opportunity because those days my husband was also at home and he was taking care of kids and then kids were also grown up like my investment was paying me reward at that time like my kids kids were capable enough to take care of themselves. So uh I just spend about 8 9 hours for studying and then pursuing this data science course. Wonderful. Super self. What is it something I can support him emotally and financially too he don't need to travel to some other place to work from office she took it as a greater opportunity She has to have time. solution. 2020 really 11 years. This is very serious. I'm hearing lot of people [Music] for consistency. Lot of dedication. [Music] She wanted to support her family. Foreibility So each and everybody is having different different challenges but biggest fears and challenges but still what were your biggest fears? Let's see what she's uh answering to that to that. The main fear uh during this time was like I was very much concerned about my kids like it was my topmost priority that my kids should not suffer because of me because I just wanted that they should not feel alone and all these things should not come in their mind. So that was the biggest fear but with the grace of God and support of family it didn't happen. Uh and then definitely technology gap it was also a fear because I was very much scared whether if I'll do something definitely I can do uh like I was very much sure about this thing but the thing is whether any company will hire me. Why a company with a person having 10 11 years of gap will hire someone uh if uh newly available candidates who are capable enough and uh they know that latest technology can work for them. But anyways, I needed to start my career and I definitely wanted to take a chance and uh confidence was there and there was not lack of confidence anywhere because I always uh used to say that I can do everything. So I just followed that and I started left everything on God and my hard work. Wonderful. But still, married women because family support. one of the biggest motivation factor. So in case try to discuss and try to help help her Because already family, household works. Try to motivate them. Maybe let them start from there. Something something professional. They will get a new life. Try to encourage them. Let them grow. Let them fly. And let them try first. Let them start first because women are very sharp more than men. So she did lot of hard work, family support motivation and self push. Next question. Fourth question. How was your learning experience during this course? learning to nurserience. Let's see what is her experience is all about. My learning experience during the course was really amazing. Uh first of all with the grace of God I got a very nice mentor like John and uh really I learned a lot from him and environment around me was also very positive. So uh like basically I follow three P's approach like patience, perseverance and practice. Definitely these things are required if we start anything like I was practicing a lot because I used to spend 4 hours in my class of data science and then I was spending four five hours in doing practice and then perseverance definitely means uh we should keep going. Obstacles and failures are will come and but we need to work hard because always there is a day after a night and then uh success is the journey not an overnight event. So we need to uh keep patience because definitely if there uh is 10 year of gap then things will take time to come on the track. So I just keep going and spend a lot of time in studying and just work hard to achieve my goal. Wonderful. Super explanation but still something from her already she's not comfortable in coming to camera and speak. So you need to encourage her. something if you want to appreciate they will definitely put some comments in first [Music] try to something framework 100% placement mindset reality. Okay. They are able to win with super discipline framework. practice. Perseverance, [Music] patience. in the for example. It's okay. Fine. Try to come out and do some new challenges. It's okay and patience patience first and she's also thanking to God fine learning experience. That is really great. How did you manage your learning along with your personal and family time? 8 to 9 hours of a married woman. Let's see. While pursuing the course definitely my daily routine was different from those 10 years because I needed to spend 3 4 hours in my data science class and then after that I definitely needed practice for about four 5 hours. So uh like it was tough with kids and family but uh my family was very supportive and then due to some reasons like sometimes kids health is not good their school activities are there and sometimes my husband needs time so all these things were there but definitely I just took uh weekend as bonus period. So always I I just tried my level best to complete my work on during weekends and then I just make a rule that on Monday pending task must not be there. So I followed that rule and then regarding sacrifices basically I'll say that if uh some particular thing is your passion like programming is my passion. So we never think that we are doing any sacrifices it is always an investment. So I just worked hard to achieve my passion and then achieve my goal as well. And uh then definitely I couldn't do this without support of my husband and kids. See learning experience Monday, every Monday because she's having that kind of support. Definitely women I really wish that you would also wanted to achieve something like this. uh after doing my placement journey was actually bit stressful because even though I was applying in different websites like LinkedIn, no and many other websites and continuously I was appearing for mock interviews and all but I was not getting real interview calls from any company so I was very much stressed at that time but faith in God and patience and hard work was there so I planned that I'll do some uh freelancing kind of thing but then my family members my husband used to say me that if I could wait for 10 more years why can't I wait for 2 three more months and uh then I thought that yes I should keep trying and then definitely time will come then my fellow mates were getting jobs so sometimes this this also make me disappointed that all are getting uh falls but why I'm not getting uh interview calls but then I just keep on investing and keep on practicing and then finally I got an interview call and in my first interview uh with the particular company I got selected and then the time started for which I was waiting for a lot. So due to some confidence that's something which is not good but process. Just wanted to give him a hug because really really super She's able to make it again and again. She's just telling it again and again. Okay, fine. We definitely need some kind of motivation. So, we all need to salute. Okay, next question. Let's see. Uh I would like to say to the women who have career gap that gap is not the end of career. It it is just a phase. It was just a phase where we prioritize our family rather than our career. It is not a setback. Uh it was by choice and at that point of time we took leadership and we uh give priority to our family rather than our self career. So now it's the time to start once again because uh learning is not learning does not have any age limit. We can start at any point of time when we want and uh definitely if you will work you'll be financially independent you'll be confident will be free and your voice will be heard. It gives you uh choices, dignity and ability to stand alone uh and tall for your for yourself and for your loved ones at uh also. Now stepping forward is like is also a powerful decision and but definitely this requires courage and hard work but when rewardable will come then it will be amazing. So I would say get up start once again and definitely success will bound to come to you. Maybe it will take some time but it will come definitely. All the best. Keep it up. Okay. Wonderful. Challenges are something a part of the process towards the dream whatever we want to achieve. Very simple. Okay. Embrace discipline practice perseverance and patience. [Music] So still but what I want you to do is what is there something that is really definitely so you can drop your comments What is there something that you wanted to convey to she would definitely see and description if you wanted to connect with her talk with her because she's working in the company so you can just directly be in touch with her won't disturb them for anything okay but they would be coming in because that I'm the one who just been a part of their success story with their 99% they would definitely come back. Please do not take it back. Understand that they are working on something. respect in case if you're not getting any kind of comments back. So next week inspiring stories and data science agents this is your a John let's make a simple notified. See you all in the next episode. Bye. Cheers. [Music]
