Not because I want to brag, but simply because it's based on my own research, my own experience, and something I built for you. If you are ready, let's get started. So, what is the idea? Simply, in the next few minutes, I will give you a simple tool I developed and took me more than 30 hours to build. You will get the tool, and you can install it and start using it in less than 3 minutes. Then, I will share with you three different methods that you can use this tool to build an online business or an income stream online. So, you'll have the tool and the three methods, three different ways to make money with this tool. Now, before I jump into the tool and show you how to install it, look at this. Step number one is, in case you don't have VS Code or Visual Studio Code installed on your PC, go to code.visualstudio.com and install it. Don't worry, we're not going to code anything here, we just need the application to run our tool. And in case you don't have Python installed, just go to python.org, downloads, download the latest Python version. Install, it's very simple, simple installations. I don't want to waste your time now on installing VS Code and Python. Perfect. Then, simply open VS Code. You will see an empty screen like this one. Then, step number three is to download the tool. You will find the link in the description below, just download it. After you unzip the files, you will see we have the project here. Simply, go here to VS Code and click on file, open folder, and select the path of the tool, select folder, and we are inside. Now, just follow up exactly what I will show you. Open the terminal section here, new terminal, and run the following command. Python {dash} m v e n v v v e n v. We're creating a virtual environment. Just wait for a couple of seconds. You will see now we have v e n v directory open created here. Now, activate it. v e n v scripts activate. That's it. Enter. Now, the virtual environment is active, you see it here. Perfect, let's clear. Now, just run this command. pip install {dash} r requirements. So, with this one command, we install all the requirements from this text file here. Enter. Now, just wait a couple of seconds for the requirements to be installed. The second command is python {space} manage.py, then make migrations. Enter. Then, python manage {dash} py migrate. Perfect. Now, let's run the app. python manage.py run server. Enter. It's running. Just hold the control button and then click on this link. We got it, copy it, and then input the story here, and click on extract scenes. Look at the magic. Now, it will analyze the story and extract the characters and the scenes from this story. Perfect, we got two characters and five scenes. And you can see here we have the characters, and here we have the scenes. Let's start with the characters. I will open Sam, and you will see here we can upload an image for this character or generate with AI. Let's try this description that the application generated for Sam. Generate. And now, in the back end, it's using AI image generation to generate the images. Perfect. Now, here, please focus very well. When you want to generate a character, it's better to add these two words to our prompt, no text and no background. We want the character as it is so we can use it in the stories. Click regenerate with AI. Perfect. Let's save it and jump into the orange cat. Again, I will copy this one, and I will say no text, no background. And if you noticed, by default, it's using our style, the Wimpy Kid style. If you use 3D Pixar, it will generate in 3D, and so on. So, this is our character. Perfect, it's funny. Save changes. Now, we have two characters, Sam and the orange cat. And now, we have our scenes. Look at this. Open the first scene. You can see now it's describing it, and we have two characters in the scene, the orange cat and Sam, and this is the prompt. Generate the image for this scene. And now, you will see the real magic. You can see now the first scene in this image, Sam with the orange cat. Let's go back to scene number two, and now we generate the second scene with Sam as the only character. Generate the second scene. Oops, we got Sam, but the cat is black. Why? Simply because we didn't reference the orange cat. And here in the scene, we need to enter the placeholder for our character. So, now Sam following the orange cat. This way, the model will reference these characters correctly. Let's try again. We have here regenerate image, and perfect. You can see now the consistency in characters. We are not done yet. We have another feature, cool feature here, edit the image. For example, you can simply say, make it at night. Apply. Wow, the same image now at night. Now, what I did also in this application is I created the prompt template section. So, if you want to customize your own prompts, the system prompts being used in the back end, you can simply edit them here. For example, for character extraction, you can edit this prompt. You'll find it here, and so on. Let's go back to projects. And now, if you click on view and view the story, you will see now we have scene one with the text, scene two, and so on. You can generate the full scenes of the story. Now, before I jump to the three methods to make money and build a business on top of this tool, let me show you what you can do also and what are other hidden features in this project. Here, we have in the settings section, you can set the OpenAI key and Google Gemini API key. Because simply, we are using OpenAI to extract scenes and characters, and we are using Google Nano Banana image generator to generate the images. So, we need Google API and OpenAI API key. Just set here and save. And here, you can set the cost per image so you can track your costs. And this is very important, as you will see next in the online business, to see how much it costs you so you can charge your clients or the business you are doing based on that. So, here we have till now $0.3 in my application used. Now, as I mentioned, we are using Google Nano Banana to generate images. In case you want to change this and use different models, or even if you want to change OpenAI, you can do this easy in the project, even if you are not a developer. Here, you can go to stories and go to services, and you will find story processing. You see it? If you open it, you will see I'm using my library simple LLM. If you go down here, you will see I'm using OpenAI and GPT-4o model. You can simply change this, for example, into Anthropic, and set the API key here to Sonnet or whatever you want. You can even change this to OpenRouter if you want to use free models, and so on. Let's keep it as it is now, as OpenAI. And for the image generation, you will see here we have image generation file. If you go down, you will see this simple function generate with Nano banana. You can change this function only to use any model you want like stability or maybe from OpenAI, whatever you want. But it worked perfectly Nano banana. This is why I built it on top of Nano banana. Okay, perfect. It's a great tool. Welcome for saying thank you and liking the video. Perfect.
