Hi guys. Um, so welcome to my latest video. So I'm going to be starting a new short series of um, videos where I'm going to be doing some live work. Um, so you can see basically what's happening behind the scenes with what I'm doing. Um, this is a this is I'm currently working in my power hour. Okay, this is the the time the or power hours. this is the time that I have free and I've designated to literally this is non-negotiable. This is time that I'm working on my projects or YouTube or whatever. Um I've actually done a video which I'm going to get up in the next few days which is all about managing time. Um you know especially when you're you know you're middle of your life and you've got kids and you're working full-time. Time management is [ __ ] hard, you know, and it's you've just got [ __ ] going on everywhere and trying to find and manage that time is so precious. So, I've done a video on it. Like I say, it's I found a way that really helps me um organize my time. So, I'll drop that in the next few days. But anyway, so today I'm just going to literally show you. You can see on my screen here, I've got Lovable. Um if you've not used Lovable before, honestly, it's [ __ ] brilliant. is absolutely it's a gamecher for for someone like me who has I know some I know some code I know some front-end code okay I know I know HTML and CSS pretty well and I know some JavaScript but I couldn't build something like this you know if you if you were just saying to me right I want you to build this you know with no no help from AI at all I just I wouldn't have a clue okay I could I could do the layout I could make it look like this but I wouldn't be able to get the fun do the functionality so it just helps especially people like myself and you don't even know have to, you know, you don't even need to know um front-end code. You can come in here with absolutely no clue whatsoever. As long as you know how to how to prompt AI and how to talk to it, um you can you can build absolutely anything. And to be honest, I use chatg alongside it because it really helps me write the prompts. um for something that's maybe a little bit technical, I can get chatgbt to write a clear prompt and then I can just copy that and paste it into lovable. And I find that that makes a huge difference. So, but anyway, yeah. So, basically I'm going to be showing tonight I'm just going to show you what I've been building so far um on lovable. Um you can see here this is my latest SAS. This is called CTR Loop. It's a AB testing tool for YouTubers. Okay. So, essentially you can test your thumbnails. Um you can have up test up to 10 different thumbnails. Um you can you can do different um time scales. So, you know, half an hour, hour, you know, 24 hours, 48 hours. There's loads of different time scales. Um, and it just gives you insights and stats to what is working, which thumbnail is working best, which to be to be honest is is a really helpful thing because I when I'm putting my YouTube videos up and I'm and I'm launching my thumbnails, I have no idea if people are seeing them or people are thinking, "God, that's, you know, that's an awful thumbnail or or that looks quite handy, you know, handy. That looks quite uh I'm I'm curious about looking at that." So, um, yeah. So, I've built this tool. I mean there is other tools like this out there but to be honest I wanted to build something you know like this myself because I think there there is a few tools but there's not a huge amount of tools and I think it's a big market. YouTube is growing. It's growing massive. Um so I want to just take a part you know a small part of that. I don't I don't expect to be the the industry leader in it but to be honest if it can make me even if it makes me five or six hundred bucks a month that's a good start. I'm happy with that. So anyway, we'll dive into it. Um, let's just click on the the preview. Let me just uh Okay, so I've signed in currently in the Google. As you can see here, forget the layout for the minute. Okay, I haven't I haven't really focused on the UI. Um, this is just a temporary um temporary layout. So, I've connected my Google account, okay, which then automatically syncs with my YouTube account. As you can see here, this is like essentially giving me my profile data. Yeah, I've got 11 subscribers. It's pretty [ __ ] but I've only just started, so I know that. Um, I'm think, you know, the more videos I get out there and the more content I bring, hopefully that grows over time. Um, but yeah, I mean, at the moment, 11 subscribers, I'm basically talking to myself and that's, you know, that's fine. I don't give a [ __ ] I'm I actually really like doing this. So, whether no one whether anyone else actually watches this, it's fine, you know. It's not fine, but I'll just say it's fine. Anyway, so that's that. This is a new feature I've launched. Again, forget about the UI. This is just this is just a the first draft. Um, this is a competitor benchmark. Okay, so this will use the API to search competitors um and give you data on their um on their views and their CTR and their likes. And that way it will just compares you with what they're doing. So you can see my benchmark score is currently 15% down. The competitors at the moment needs tweaking. It needs debugging because at the moment I'm getting c fishing um videos to compare with and all my videos are based on over 40 and getting out of your work, you know, um quitting your 9 to5. So how the [ __ ] that's got any relevance to cart fishing, I don't know. That needs some work. But you can see it's the functionality is there. It just needs tweaking. Um, and obviously the layout needs it because that's just unusable. Uh, anyway, and then it gets down to my So, I click on fetch my YouTube videos. Um, okay. And there you go. So, it's synced synced all my current YouTube videos. And these are the ones that I've got test currently running. Again, forget about the UI for the minute and the layout because it's [ __ ] Um, so let's just click on here for example. So, this has got the performance overview. Okay, so 20 views. This one has got four four views. That one's got one view. That's got one like. So, but at the moment, this one's getting the more views. So, that one's clearly winning. Um, and I've got data down here, you know, in a in a chart form. And then things I'm still working on is audience by geography, devices, and traffic sources. So, I've still got a huge amount to do, but it's getting there. Okay, I just want to show you what is possible with programs like Lovable. Um, because like I say, I wouldn't have a [ __ ] clue how to do this without that. So, anyway, I'll leave it there there for today. I just wanted to keep this short and sweet. Um, check out Lovable.
