My question that I asked our frontline people was if you had my job, what's one thing you would do? And I spent a day a week doing this cuz I wanted to have 20% of my time at the front lines asking people these questions. And I wouldn't get a list of 500 things if I asked 500 people, I'd get a list of like five. Cuz everybody knew what was >> That's right. what the market wanted, they knew what the what was wrong. And so that's a question I think CEOs can start with, which is just if you had my job right now, what's one thing you would do? And that forcing mechanism on the one thing has people really stop and think and not necessarily just react, but really be thoughtful about what they're going to say to you.
