This course establishes the analytical foundation necessary for data-driven workforce decisions. The curriculum requires Power BI Desktop (Windows PC or Mac with Parallels Desktop) and utilizes Microsoft Word and Excel. While Microsoft 365 online versions may offer free alternatives, the desktop versions with Copilot provide the optimal learning experience for creating sophisticated planning documents and professional dashboards. All Viva Insights activities include provided sample datasets to ensure you can practice these techniques immediately, regardless of your current access to internal organizational data.
