Here's what to do: Go to Claude Click Projects on the left sidebar Create a new project Add your business name and basic info Upload any documents you reference a lot like your services list, your target keywords, your brand guidelines, whatever you use regularly Now every conversation you start inside that project already knows your business That's it. One setup and you never repeat yourself again. This is a game changer for anyone using AI to create content for their website. Instead of starting every conversation with "I'm a roofer in Dallas and I offer these services and I want to target these keywords," Claude already has all of that loaded in. So when you say "write me a blog post about roof repair" it already knows your city, your services, your voice, and your audience. The documents part is where it gets really powerful. You can upload your website copy, your competitor research, your content calendar, your FAQ list, anything you want Claude to reference when it's working for you. It reads everything in the project before responding so the output is specific to your business every single time. Not generic. Not cookie cutter. Yours.
